If I could post a negative review I would rate this salon -5. I was given a recommendation to try this place out and heard good things about it and saw good reviews but that was all a lie.I went in for a silver ombré effect on my brown hair (The hair which Ive never dyed or ever had professionally done before) and when I went in Kim continued to shoot down my choices for silver saying it wouldnt look good and so I was forced to settle for a darker silver/ grey color. I had told Kim i wanted the ombré effect to start by my mid ear down to my shoulder length hair and I mentioned to her I never did my hair before and told her she could hold my phone see my inspiration picture as she dyed it she said it wasnt necessary so I was expecting her to bleach it and then add color which is what I assume typical. She just began coloring my hair not even saying what she was doing so I thought the whole time it was the bleach part. After about an hour she washed it and I was confused but it was the first time I ever did my hair so I dont know the process but then she started styling it and I told her it looks the same with red/ brown highlights starting from my roots I repeatedly told her my hair looks almost the same and it wasnt what I wanted she insisted it was different and had me pay and leave, when I went in the next day to get my money back she began raising her voice at me and refusing my refund and she insulted me calling me a child and banned me from her store. This salon is a joke and Kim gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will never return nor will I ever recommend this place I wish I can post pictures on here to show the what she left me with vs what I asked for . This place was extremely unsatisfactory.

The lady Kim failed to deliver on the image provided on my cut and she actually believed she gave me the exact style in the image provided. She did not trim my hair like I asked and she didnt texturize my hair either. These things were clearly needed even if not requested. One side of my head was cut higher than the other and overall she cut much higher than the image. Im very disappointed. If she spent less time trying to talk about her incredibly successful children and more time on detail maybe everything would be better. I only tipped because of one valuable piece of information that was shared to me. I will never go here again. She mentioned how great she is and the internet reviews but wow I was fooled. We discussed how my career goal line up similar if her kids and she wouldnt stop bragging about her son pulling in 100k like 5 times. She didnt listen to anything I really said in regards of me already enrolled in school as she kept telling me to go back to school. She didnt even show me the back of head with the mirror. If you are a guy do not visit her. I was very kind and I told her ppl mess up my hair a lot and blame that its too thick and wavy so if you cant do the style maybe please tell me. She lied. Wow Im mad. Screw this place.

I got in trouble at work because of how bad my haircut was. My gf, family, friends and coworkers all agreed it was terrible. After my troubles I went back to privately discuss with her my issue away from customers to be respectful. The customers left and she asked me to sit down for she can correct. But it was beyond repair as she cut too much. I asked for money back and she was very mad. She only gave back some after a too long debate but I wanted it all. She got mad again and put her hands on me trying to yank the money out of my hands. Thankfully she has cameras and her son was there to tell her to stop. Her son was on my side agreeing it was a bad cut after I showed him why. She threaten to call the cops even though I was crazy nice and respectful well spoken. As she was preparing to take pictures of me her son was gonna slip me back my money. She let him. She told me to never come back. I even promised my business again if she made things right. She was so rude and ruined my hair for the whole summer. Im a guy. Dont ever go here if you are a guy or maybe even a girl. Worst haircut Ever STAY AWAY

I came here for a haircut with my girlfriend as walk-ins with no appointment. As my first time here, I didnt quite know what to expect, but the owner greeted us immediately. There was only one other client around at the time, so it was a quiet Sunday afternoon. Gentle music played overhead, the little fountain trickled water, and the large TV had the Olympics on. I already felt comfortable. While I waited for my turn, the owner made conversation and was very pleasant and charming. She worked quickly, but with skill and focus, even giving hair care and styling tips. She made my shaggy hair look great despite being overdue for a cut in a very short amount of time with needing much instruction. She even managed to keep the loose hairs on my face and neck to a minimum, and they didnt itch. That was new for me. The final price for both of our haircuts ended up being very reasonable and we walked out happy. You cant go wrong with this place for your hair care.
