I have been getting my haircuts at Great Clips in Columbia for the past five years. I have gone to the location in front of Wall-Mart as well as the one on Nashville Hwy. I LOVE being able to pop in when the notion strikes me, and am always happy with the cuts that I receive. I used to think that "walk-in" shops had inferior stylists, but that has been proven to have been a wrong assumption, on my part. Sever stylists have cut my hair through the years, and all have done very good work. I highly recommend the convenience and quality of Great Clips services. I went to the great clips in Columbia near the Walmart . I was told the wait would be 5 to 10 minutes . This was a obvious lie. We were sitting there for HALF AN HOUR. I would understand if there were people waiting ahead of me but there wasnt a person ahead of me . There were three employees looking at the computer when I was in the wait and none of them said anything. One was counting money .The other went to the back.The worst was the one who just walked back and forth . You could make the excuse that there stations werent clean but they were .This is probably the worst wait I have had.I would give 0

I am very concerned about what type of criteria is used when deciding on if someone is fit to be in management. Piece of advice great clips. Brittany the manager of this location may need to be evaluated for her poor management skills. Her approach seems to be bullying and public shaming her staff. Brittany I am sad for you and hope that before you speak you ask yourself. T= is it TRUE H= is it HELPFUL I= is it INSPIRING N= is it NECESSARY K= is it KIND Otherwise you need to find a profession were you are isolated from the public, because customer service is obviously not your calling.

None of them know what theyre doing. Last few times weve gone in they dont do what you ask. My husband gets his hair buzzed there and always leaves with hair all over his face and neck. I recently got my hair cut very short and went in for a neck trim and thr girl left hair all over my neck! They are terrible. Last time I got my hair trimmed the girl used a razor come and butchered my hair. Thankfully it grows fast I was able to fix it in a decent way. I dont plan on going back ever again. They rush you in and rush you out. They dont do the cut you want.

What a crap hole! My daughter had long beautiful hair. She wanted about 5 inches taken off and the took of more like 8. She started crying when she got in the car because of the Butcher job. All the woman did was cut a straight line across her back and it looked terrible. A square flat edge along the bottom. Will never go there again and would warn everyone not to go there. Im a man and I could see right away how terrible it was. The only reason I star is because you have to to write a review. Otherwise its a big fat zero!

I arrived to get haircut and asked for Anna. I was told there were two ahead of me. I agreed to wait. I did not mind waiting. But after I waited 30 minutes, and then she took a customer who had not checked in online but came in10 minutes after me and signed up for her ahead of me after I had waited patiently. I left That is just wrong. I dont care if they are a friend or not. Bad service and yes I will spread the word

Ive been going to Great Clips for years! I havent always been pleased, but 98% of the time I have been! I went to Great Clips in Austin TX and now in Columbia TN. I highly recommend them! Great personnel and great hair cuts!!
