Took 2 of my boys to get a haircut, it was 5:20, they closed at 6. The lady who cut my boys hair, was very rude, from the time we got there... Tried rushing through the haircuts, and was complaining that she had plans to the other worker. And complained even more when she seen another lady walk in the door.. The other worker told her it is 8:00 before she leaves sometimes, and she rolled her eyes.. And continues rushing through my childrens haircuts.. They are the worst cuts theY HAVE Ever gotten, I would have done better at home with clippers myself. THE WOMANS LAST NAME WAS SHIRLEY, CANT REMEMBER HER FIRST NAME.. HORRIBLE ATTITUDES.

Wish I could leave less than one star, I think the girls name was kori? Anyway, I explained I JUST wanted the dead ends off and she asked if I wanted an inch off or half inch because it was different places because I HAD layers, I explained several times to JUST cut off what was dead. She snipped away, and swore it was just an inch but she missed one spot in the front that was much longer than the rest, I cut it off and measured it when I got home, 3 inches. Never. Ever. Again, this was a last minute resort to get the dead ends off but this is the worst haircut I have ever had.

Terrible, got a perm it ruined my hair, its fried and broken in huge chunks big waste of 140 dollars!(curls look nothing like i was told they would) And now i have ugly fried and broken hair. Anyone u talk to in the store clams to be a manager n theyll give you a email to get ahold of one needless to say nothing was made right by them nor did anyone contact me back! i will never be back my kids n family will never go in another just being around their store instantly makes me angry. Terrible!!

Stacy has also been a great customer service advocate to me and anyone I have ever seen her interact with. Cost Cutter in Muscle Shoals has AWESOME customer service. A beautiful queen by the name Stacey Holiday, I think made my self esteem come back. I had a major hair loss and she gave me tips and different products to bring my hair back even longer. She also gave me some encouraging and comforting words. Stacey you go girl you rock!!!!!

the only place i get my hair cut, i dont really trust anywhere else to do it right. i always try to have Ashley cut my hair because shes an awesome person to have a conversation with while having my hair cut. plus shes the only one i count on to put up with my stupid jokes... 10/10 would go again and would recommend to friends!

Cost cutters is very friendly, they have a wonderful staff and very clean salon. Kori Shirley always cuts my childrens hair and recently she cut and colored mine and it looks fantastic!
