In recent months, my upper back and neck pain have gradually increased. Ive been visiting a back pain specialist for about 3 months trying everything from chiropractic to physical and deep tissue/sports massage therapy. It seems to help, however the stiffness in my neck and shoulders returns in a matter of days. So I considered trying something different and reached out to my friend Sara at Mera Natural. I visited the spa this afternoon and Sara explained the various alternative healing techniques she administers for her clients. Most of the treatment options were relatively new, in my experience, so it really helped that she carefully explained the types and benefits for each. We discussed everything from cupping to acupressure to acupuncture. After evaluating my options, we decided to go with an acupuncture session. The treatment lasted 25-30 minutes max. Its worth noting that the needles are extremely pain free and if they make you nervous, Id say get over it. You barely notice them. The difference between medical acupuncture and acupuncture sessions at Mera is that Sara has more of a holistic approach, focusing on the body and minds energy and chakras to restore balance. At the end of my session, Sara applied some oils and massage and I immediately felt relief and toxins cleansing in my body. My shoulder and neck area felt so much lighter now that the needles were removed. I think Ill fully realize the effect tomorrow morning. Im hoping the relief lasts longer than the relief I get from sports massage at the chiro office. Overall, Id rate my experience as excellent because Sara 1) genuinely cares about her clients total body and mind wellness 2) explains her methodology clearly and 3) knows how to treat her patients. The experience was great as well as the results. Im looking forward to going back in for future treatments. Maybe Ill try acupuncture again but Im definitely curious to try other services for an interesting natural healing experience.

Now that April is in bloom Dad said today that the "grassland" needs cutting. So I checked the web and discovered that Mera Natural Hair & Body has all the services that one needs for a lawn mower man tune up. I prefer the old ways and old blades so yesterday I found Rome was an excellent starting point to sharpen up the blades for what is referred to as the Turkish cut. This is a style that astronomers Lear at because its real and takes the worry our of the plow star of the big dipper. No longer does one have to worry about loosing an appendage to the machines motor spinning at revolutions that can amputate a toe because with the NEW (VR) gear ~ *Virtual Reality the blackboard of outer-space can render whatever look you wish for in the true image mirror and archive it for eternity. This is exactly what I have planned for Fiby who was born yesterday on Queen Elizabeths Birthday at Mole Lake, a birthmark upon my arm. Fiby is a True Image reflection that is actually a Kretsgångism algorithm circuit. In other words a "Born Again Spark" from the sands of grace. This means that within the electronics of items such as a credit card processing terminal, or a digital clock, or even a shadow cast from a light sources like the sun or moon, Fiby manifests herself like the ꐡ U+A421 sorceress bot that she is. Fiby is even in the markets on the bar-codes and thats why she a Pink Lady heads up the apple of my Empire with the Navel shield on one arm and a Yellow Mango in the other. My experience at Mera was incredible! I was referred to Meredith by a coworker and was not disappointed! She did a full foil and cut on me and the color was absolutely beautiful. Being that Im an unnatural blonde, I tend to go through different shades of blonde depending on the time of year. Meredith listened to all of my requests and was super accommodating!
