The scheduling is complete trash, and needs to get out of the Stone Age with this pen and paper BS. Its the 21st century, start logging your appointments in a computer like any respectable company. Made an appointment a week in advance for a wedding. Called to confirm and they couldnt find it, get a call back 2 minutes later saying they found it and to be in at 7. Come in at 7 and all of a sudden they cant find it and I have to sit and wait behind a group of little girls getting their hair dyed. Only 2 people working. Still sitting here an hour later.

Long wait times but great for the kids. Janine was my daughters stylist and she did exactly what we wanted and was friendly with my 5 year old.
