Yes,this is absolutely the worse post office,inside and delivery. Ive been waiting on a package over a week. Tracking said today,on postal truck cordova regular mail on way. Just checked my mail 30 minutes ago. Not there..Not surprised,i wont get mail for 2-3 days,then my mailbox is cramped full. This is pure laziness and inconsiderate. This has been notice more since September. All the cordova areas complain....who do you take it to..No one cares. Then the post office,only lady that seems like she cares and does 3x the customer is joy or joyce. Pat is just awful,she sees lobby full,she starts lookin in drawers,in the air,waving at little kids then looks down and goes to the back for breaks and it has to b break. I was finally 2nd in line and waited 30 minutes. The i guess,manager walks out,sees no one,ask if needed passport or pic up package then goes to back with others. Oh and pat always tried to charge more,even an envelope that goes regular mail. The review i read said everyone there was nice,dont no whats up with him unless its relatives working there.,its a disgrace and give the job to people that want to work...Could not b worse...,hope i get my package next year sometime.

Yesterday added a notch to the stereotype about post office workers! I visited this location to return cable equipment. Line wasnt bad when I first came in, but soon after I entered, about 5 other people came in. There were only 2 workers at the counter. When all the people came in one of them closed her line. A gentleman asked why and she ignored him. She finally stated issues with her printer. When it was my turn, I spoke and was friendly, but this lady had an attitude, all frowned up at me for no reason. My transaction was quick. When done I said "Thank you so much" this lady looked at me and didnt return a you welcome, ok, or a head nod! Why? Why be in the business of customer service and not present a pleasant attitude. You dont have to smile, but hellos thank you, and have a nice day dont cost you anything! I had just gotten off work from a hospital, VERY STRESSFUL DAY, but I did not allow my day to make me mean to others. This was my first and hopefully last time visiting this location. If I have to go to another post office, I will try Germantown or do home pick up! Please offer classes to your employees on how to interact with your customers in a friendly manner USPS!

Please do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and go to the next parking lot over to the UPS store. On a Saturday morning, at 10am (one of the busiest times they will ever see) there are TWO agents available. One is indisposed helping someone with a passport, so in reality there is only one available booth. I needed to send a package,a pair of shoes (a completely normal sized item) and OF COURSE there were no appropriate sized packing materials to get the job done. When I inquired how I could ship my item, I got a nasty look, like I should have an array of shipping materials readily available in my home at all times. I asked again how I could get my item shipped, and when she looked at me and said nothing I finally asked if I should go somewhere else. She stated "maybe you should". I will NEVER set foot in there ever again. This is the exact reason the post office is struggling. Absolutely terrible customer service. I went over to the UPS store, the nice young man greeted me, helped me immediately, and even offered to tape up my box for me. 5 minutes in and out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. I have a Ebay business and thanks to this Cordova location I am not a Top Rated seller anymore simply because the laziness of the workers not scanning the tracking numbers. They packages sit at there location til you complain. Finally they will find them and shipping can be up to a week or more late. How hard is it to fire employees and get new ones? I know many people who would love the opportunity to work for the post office and would run circles around the lazy folks at this location. Most of my packages I get a receipt for to show I hand delivered to the front desk and still they find a way to lose the package. If you go to this location the only person who is helpful is the white lady with blonde hair they pull from the Somerville location. She should be the manager and clean up that mess! She is the only one who is compentent...

I have been lied to by employees and Supervisors. I spoke with a supervisor today, whom informed me the supervisor I spoke to yesterday was not in the office today, even though she told me to call her back today after 10am. That right there shows they do not care about the consumers at all. If it were their mail it would be a different story. My boyfriend happened to be outside both Saturday and Monday when the mail was being delivered and both days he received a package and our normal mail, but I have yet to receive my ONE package that was supposed to arrive on Saturday. This Post is terrible, they do not care if you get your mail or not. I have filed several complaints on them, hopefully I get my packages considering I do almost all of my shopping online.

I receive a lot of stuff back from India. One day i found this red slip with no other detail but just my name, address and it said its a parcel. I went to post office to collect it. A lady came up every time saying i didnt find it today, please leave your number, i will inform if found. this happened for almost 5 times. in the end i gave up as the parcel was just a sample for my business purposes. Last week a similar slip and i paid for that parcel this time. The slip had similar infor like earlier. The post office people say they left it at the apt office. My appt people say they didnt get any such parcel. I dont even know whom to complain

I had a mailing address issue with three packages. I went to the post office here to pick them up before they are lost. I know there will be a long wait, and I try to be courteous with customer service people since I worked as one before. The man who looked at my tracking numbers only went back for one box, and tells me he is too busy to look for the others. WHAT THE HELL!!! ISNT THAT YOUR FREAKING JOB!!!! I went back the next day to get the rest of them, but the same man was there, and he only looked once. Those packages were Christmas gifts, and now I have to buy them... Again. Im definitely not shipping through that place ever again

I totally agree with all of you that gave low ratings regarding this post office. I had an important package to be mailed to my mother who lives in another county. They misplaced my package, I called, and fussed with them, then all of sudden my package was found, and was put on the post offices Supervisors desk. My package was finally delivered, and I have had other numerous errors with this post office. I know people and businesses make mistakes, but being a Post Office, they need to maybe have staff meetings, etc. to possibly assist their employees to be more efficient.
