WORST customer service Ive ever experienced! I had a package delivered to the wrong address so I called to ask if they would hold it for me to pick it up. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude and plainly expressed that I was bothering him. After giving him my tracking number (after taking 30 seconds to find it he very rudely says "wanna call back later?") he says simply "ok sounds good". I then ask him when I can pick it up. He then said rudely "whenever the carrier is back". So I ask him if that will be yet tonight or tomorrow and he said some rude remarks and hung up the phone on me. I then called a couple hours later at 5pm to find out when my package would be available to pick up and he tells me they closed at 4 so I cant get it until tomorrow. When I brought up our conversation earlier he was once again an absolute jerk. I asked if I could speak with a manager and come to find out....HE IS the manager!! How sad and unfortunate for the company to have such a human being working for them. No wonder everyone wants to avoid USPS.

post office keeps upping prices on every thing and they say to better serve you , me personally have not seen any change in the last 20 , 30 years , mail still takes same time delivery. mail gets lost , the only improvement i see is in technology on their place of work for employees the way they move mail between postal locations and machine effectiveness to sort mail , but once mail goes out to the actual population delivery remains the same and i should know I,ve been around for seventy years and nobody different. Lazy carriers . Last Sunday I received a pkg from Amazon delivered in lobby and office was closed. Today the office was open and the lazy carrier lied avd said had no access to my lobby and ALL USPS EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS . Reporting to Consumer fraud a d Amazon. Post office should be privatized and fire these nincompoops Filing official complaint with Amazon as the 800 number for creepy postal service wont give me s live person without a 45 min hold ...

The place to pick up your packages is some total BS. Twice now Ive been there at 4 (closing time) and the door is locked. Unbelievable that the hours are only till 4. One would think that if you missed a package during the day, youd want to pick it up after work! Worthless hours of operation.

These people pride themselves on being rude, they win low IQ contests daily and one of the dumber ones told me he sometimes opens mail if it looks interesting? WHAT? Do not mail anything important!!

I have been trying to call this post office for 40 minutes now. Each time it rings for about a minute and then the call gets ended. There is no voicemail and no one is answering.
