They dropped the ball twice. Paid $22 sum to get some mail EXPRESSED to me and had to wait two whole week just for it to show up. Mind you this is express mail. Would have been better off going thru the damn tooth fairy. Two week for something that was suppose to be here over night. And to loose two packages TWICE is beyond ridiculous!!!!! Mind you this is express mail we talking about. Service suck!!!!!

Everyone I know loves this office. Even some that loath the post office in general. The Rock Falls Post office staff is some of the most helpful and friendly you will find in the postal system. I know people who go out of their way to do their postal business with this office.
