I love it when the Hamil Post Office states that their closing hours are 4:45pm. on their web site. You are there at 4:40pm (by their wall clock) & the male clerk wont open the door because he says they close at 4:30pm. He obviously wants to get out of there by his hours. I asked him to just weigh the envelope & I would go home & use my own stamps & mail it. All he can state over & over is "WE ARE CLOSED" AT 4:30pm. So why not change the hours on your web site so the rest of us have a clue as to the closing time & wont ever bother you after 4:30pm. Now I realize he is just a government employee, but have some respect for the tax payers who pay your salary.

Very poor service. I came in at 4:30 to find the door locked, so I knocked on the door and asked the man behind the counter cleaning up if I had the wrong hours. He completey ignored me. I ended up walking out with my package, and my money, without a word from him.

I love this post office. Deanna is always smiling and very helpful. Small hometown service. Its the only post office that I have been in where the people smile. I will go out of my way to go here.
