I rent a PO box at this office and the doors are locked at 5:30 pm and then on Saturday sometimes they dont unlock them at all. How are we able to check our boxes with these after? Normally it use to be open 24hrs, then one day they changed it until 7:30pm with no notice, now its open until 5:30pm. How can people who work regular business hours check their POBox? This is bad customer service. This particular day on 5/27/2017 I came to check my box at 7am the lobby is closed, I then returned at 11:30am the lobby is still closed. Monday is memorial day so Ill have to wait until Tuesday 5/30/2017 to check again. Epic failure and I work for the postal service, I dont have this type of time and gas money to be playing around.

Unbelievably bad experience with the US postal service from start to finish. Paid for "Guaranteed overnight Delivery." They failed. Claimed they tried to deliver but we were at home the whole time. Delivery driver either an idiot, liar or both. No wonder the USPS is in the tank. No accountability. No customer service. Id be wholly embarrassed to be in any way associated with this circus.

Seriously the worst I mean really all my bills come to my address but as soon as amazon sends me a package they list my address as undeliverable really!!!! Picked the first package up I guess Ill b picking this one up as well ugh I hate that a ghetto ass post office delivers my mail if u want to get in touch with someone and dont mind waiting call9012784215

The only problem I have with this particular post office are the mail deliverers. I discovered that a package I was to receive two weeks ago was misdelivered to the wrong address. Thats fifty dollars thrown down the drain. They need more reliable, dependable workers. It doesnt make any sense.

Terrible service!! My package sat there for 4 days without any movement and no one could ever assist me correctly. Very nasty. I got the company whon i had purchased the item from to get it sent back cancel my order and refund the money because the date had been past for when i needed the item

Seem to always have problems with this station. More than once my mail just hasnt been delivered. The workers are less than friendly and seem to have attitudes. They wont answer the phone when anyone calls. They get an "F" rating from me.

Horrible supposed to have received a package yesterday looked for the mail man all day no mailman but did see a truck pass by.I checked the tracking for the package and they say they delivered it but to who I dont have it!!!!

Due to the very short hours (on top of my work hours) of operation and none Saturday, to be signed for items cannot be received. I cannot take off on a whim just get to the post office.
