After I purchased my new home I was looking for someone to replace my HVAC. The first company I called tried to rip me off so I went looking for someone else. After a lot of research Lee Company had great reviews so called them. The initial gentleman they sent was very courteous and thorough, and quoted us a much more fair price for the same system. I already felt better about working with them. When they arrived the day of install not only were they professional, courteous and on time, I could tell they took great pride in their work. Which really impressed me. When they were done I felt like they had taken great care to clean up and show me everything I needed to know about the system. After this experience about a month later I needed plumbing and electrical work so of course I called Lee Company again. They sent two electricians to check the safety of my wiring. I felt that they genuinely cared about the safety of my family and checked everything thoroughly finding and fixing a few issues hidden behind my walls!! I feel like my family is so much safer now!! They also sent a very experienced plumber to take care of a leak behind our shower. He brought it back up to code and was also very professional. I honestly cant say enough about the care I have received by becoming their customer. They just do amazing work and and I will always call Lee Company when I need any work in my home!!! Thank you!! Let me start off by stating that I have never given a business a bad review. I called Lee Company to schedule a plumber to replace a shower valve. It was a renovation project so I had a large 4 section of the back side of the wall cut out for easy access. To make it even easier on the plumber I had removed old valve, bought all parts, etc. The plumber was a really nice guy (cant emphasis this enough) but within seconds of talking to him it became clear to me that he had no idea what he was doing. He told me he could not replace the valve because "the wall was too thick". He also told me that the entire wall would need to be torn down so he could do his plumbing and then his crew would reconstruct the wall. I was shocked! firstly, the wall was not too thick and besides Moen makes $30.00 extension kits! Secondly, who in their right mind would tear down an entire wall (both sides) just to replace a simple shower valve?! Long story short; I was charged $100.00 for the plumber to show up and tell me he was incapable of doing the job. Funny enough (actually not funny), I went home and successfully replaced the valve myself without needing to "tear down the wall" or us an extension kit.

We have been with the Lee Company for more than 10 years and we wouldnt go anywhere else! The Lee Company has been consistent in the quality of service they have provided to us. During these past 10 years we have had new purchase and installation, service and maintenance on both of our heating and cooling units, all of our appliances, our electrical systems, and our plumbing system. Five years ago we decided to add our home security services and have been extremely pleased with the monitoring and the affordability of the services. There are many reasons why we are still with the Lee Company, but the ones that are dear to my heart are the staffs willingness to help you and understand what you need, and repair only what you need, the flexibility in scheduling service even in emergencies, working with you when the problem is bigger than your Money and most of all service technicians who love our Lord Jesus Christ, who are polite, courteous and professional and you have no second thoughts about allowing them into your home. We have used Lee Company for heating and air conditioner service for more than 25 years. Generally, the service was good, although expensive. However, our most recent experience was not good. Lees service man told us last summer that we needed new filters for two humidifiers or we needed to replace the humidifiers, which could cost more than $2 - 3,000. We opted for the filters. He measured them. I called to say we wanted to proceed. Nothing happened. I called again many weeks later. Lee could not locate the original information, so a second service man was sent to measure. Many more weeks went by. I called again, and while they found the information, no filters had been ordered. They promised to order the filters. This week they sent a service man to do the installation. He had no information about the sizes of filters needed. Fortunately, he had one of the two sizes on his truck, but he had to order the second one. I will have to meet him again for the work to be finished. Obviously, this is not the type of service that has kept Lee in business all these years.

Very poor follow up from Lee on more than one occasion. Latest event was a sewer leak... originally misdiagnosed as internal to my home. Subsequent repair by Lee cost me $2734. They left a very large hole in my front yard for two months, then did a very poor job re landscaping. I subsequently had a recent and serious irrigation leak in the area of their first repair. I asked Lee to fix it and was told that they didnt do that and that it was excluded in the original contract. Fixing the leak and redoing their poor landscaping cost me $685. If not for a one time exclusion from Metro Water, it also almost cost me ~ $500 in lost water. I must say that the Lee professionals that respond to my home were generally helpful and pleasant, but their corporate ethics dont seem to include standing behind their work. This is not the first time that I have spent lots of money with Lee on a job they did poorly and refused to stand behind. I do not recommend them.

I am new to Murfreesboro (TN actually) and wanted a light fixture moved in my new home. I wanted it centered over my table in the dining room. I wasnt sure who to call to help me with this and after a couple of referrals called Lee Company. Vladimir P. came to my house and explained to me a couple of different options in moving the fixture. I liked this because he took his time to explain them to me, and the pros and cons of each approach. Finally, he performed the work quickly. I had originally just called for a quote but he was also able to perform the work that day. I liked the fact that he was so friendly, made me feel comfortable asking questions (I am clearly no electrician), and did a great job. It looks very nice and is now centered and beautiful :) I was surprised to find out that Lee Company does a lot of different things including Home Repairs and painting. I like it!

Since moving to Tennessee a little over 6 years ago, Ive used Lee Company exclusively. It started with a simple PM contract which they have always carried out very well. In the time since, Ive had them replace the HVAC unit for the second floor, install a humidifier and replace a heat exchanger in my first floor unit. They even responded to an emergency for a lightning strike to the breaker box for the HVAC units. They have always been prompt, carried out the work in a reasonable time, and made sure everything was clean and to my satisfaction before leaving. Ill agree with some other comments that they arent the cheapest, but theyve always given me a good value for the price. Their consistancy in good quality service is a rarity in todays world, and almost no one is perfect. Ill also agree that their website and communication through it could use some improvement.
