This place has the absolute worst customer service. I called to have them quote me on installing a leveling kit for my 4runner. The guy refused to tell me anything over the phone as to what they might charge, so he tells me to come up there Monday then rushes me off the phone. So I drive all the way out there Monday afternoon at around 3pm, only to find out from the front desk that he is off on Monday. I asked for a Manager, nobody available manager was gone until next day (today). So I call back today and ask for the Manager. Same guy at front desk tells me manager is gone again, wont be back until tomorrow. So I say "the manager is never there is he?" - guy replies "hes here all the time buddy." So I gave that a pass, and asked for the gentleman that I talked to last week over the phone. Guy at front desk puts him on, and I told him the situation. He told me Monday was his half-day (he failed to explain that last week before making me drive out there). So I told him driving back and forth for a simple price quote is out of my way and a hassle, and politely asked if he could give me a general idea of what it might cost over the phone. Again, he refused. I will never do business with anyone who refuses to disclose their hourly rates over the telephone or give an estimate on a job. And ESTIMATE (quote) is not a final price, its exactly what it is called, an estimate. The people running this place must be stuck in the 70s - because it reminds me of a shady used car lot where the salesmen try to pressure you into coming in before disclosing any information so they can back you into a corner and pressure you. Stay away from this place, whoever the manger is, his absence reflects this business level of customer service. Virtually non-existent.

I went to Gateway Tire in Gallatin, TN just to have my car looked at for a burning smell. The service man told me that my front differential was busted and leaking and needed replaced. He said that this would cost around $1,800 to fix. He didnt add any oil to it and said that there was no point. He also recommended that I sell my car. I went for a second opinion and was told that my transmission pump was leaking and that my car was fine...he added fluid. The smell was a result of transmission fluid on my exhaust. Watch out ladies!!!! I will never go there again...very inexperienced and unprofessional...

They didnt have 2 tires I needed, even though they put the front tires on last year. He said he would call a couple places He did, they didnt have them either. He said he would order them in the morning if I still needed them. I said okay, can I leave my truck here and you go ahead and order them. He then proceeded to give me his business card and said "Tell you what, if you cant find someone with the tires by 4 today, give me a call and I will order them." I guess that is what you call the run around. If I were a man, I am sure the story would have been totally different. Bye bye

Weve had a few flat tires in the past year and theyve been quick and helpful to plug or replace them along with rotation and balances. My battery died this winter and since they are close I walked over and planned on carrying it back being just a 5-10 minute walk. They kindly offered to drive me back home making a crazy morning just a bit easier. Very polite and professional service.

Look at the reviews. There is a common theme. You pay your hard earned money for the problem not to be fixed. These people are crooks. Every local person from Gallatin said thats what you get for going to those people. Check the yelp reviews as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.
