We moved to Mt Juliet in 2005 and my father gets his truck serviced by AutoPro. My breaks started acting up and with my husband out of town, I was leery of taking my vehicle into just any shop, especially as a female. My father told me that AutoPro was the place I needed to take my vehicle. I piled in the kiddos and headed to AutoPro pressing my break pedal all the way to the floor using the emergency brake as a back up. They were so very kind & understanding of our financial situation; which was a mess at the time - praying food on the table & no hot water. They took a look at my vehicle and I paid the bill for their time, but before I left, the mechanic entered the office and explained that break fluid was not getting to my breaks and that if I were his wife I would not be driving that vehicle in its current condition. Long story short, I hugged the man (grease and all) in tears because he cleared the break lines (or something like that) at no additional charge; which was a HUGE blessing to me and my family. He didnt have to do anything for me, but he did. You know, I told him he was a blessing, too! All I know is that I left there with breaks that worked praising God that I was taken care of. We have returned to AutoPro many times since to have the SUV serviced. I encourage you to call the folks at AutoPro and ask, Mr Elvis, any questions you may have! :)

The place I went to had the EXACT same brakes you told me Nappa would sell you. The other auto shop I went to did not have a mandatory 50.00 shop fee because their prices are fair. You had an attitude because I decided to go elsewhere but you still got your 50.00. I did the research at Nappa, your auto shop and the auto shop I went to after I left your shop and they were identical. Care for me to elaborate? Do not post on here making it sound as if I was ill informed about the brakes I got for almost HALF the cost you quoted me. 500.00 for front brakes on a 1997 Ford Ranger, are you kidding me? Please contact me personally if you want proof that the same brakes were used, I would be more than happy to satisfy that for you. The shop I went to stays in business without that mandatory shop fee you charge and they were busting at the seams with business while Auto Pro had tumble weeds blowing by. Like I said, if you like being fleeced go to Auto Pro, hell take your money no problem.

This place is terrible! Please no one go there. The staff is really rude. They charged us $100 for a diagnostic and gave us no codes, showed us anything, and refused to give us a true estimate. The lady said and I quote, "I dont have to give you any codes." She acted like we were idiots because we didnt know that you couldnt get through emission with a check engine light on, but she didnt know the difference between our 2011 CRZ and a 2000 Eclipse. She told us that the labor alone to fix our car was going to be $1200. We then went to Midas and got everything on our car fixed including labor for $640 the same day and they didnt charge us for a diagnostic. This place is shady and it sucks and the staff is terrible. Please go somewhere else if at all possible. I want my $100 back!!!!

Last January my Grandmother came to visit us from Kentucky over two hours away. She is 84 years old and on a fixed income. When she arrived, she stated that her car “smelled funny” and her check engine light was on. I immediately took her car Mr. Smith. Tim went to work right away and found the problem. He also went the extra mile and researched on the computer to discover her car was still under warranty, and the issues was a manufacturer’s defect. Tim then made arrangements with the local dealer to have her car fixed. Tim saved my Mammaw the cost of a new engine block and from being stranded on I-24 on her way home. Thank you Tim for your excellent work!!

The owner at AutoPro is wonderful. I had some car troubles and brought it in, he made sure everything was taken care of with my warranty. I was scheduled to catch the bus to be a chaperone for Christmas4Kids and needed to be in Lebanon by 1:00. They tried to have the car ready before then but were not able to, so the owner drove me to the place to meet the tour buses (for nothing), I did not have to miss it and he even charged me a reasonable price for my car repair. It was so awesome to have that kind of amazing service before Christmas. What a great group of people. I will definitely be giving them repeat business.

I just wanted to make it known how appreciative I am of AutoPro. I feel blessed to have found a repair facility that is run with such high standards. Knowing that my cars safety and maintainence is in caring hands gives me peace of mind. When my car comes in for an oil change, they check my vehicle over and, without being pushy, they tell me if there is something that needs further attention, and how quickly I need to address the problem. Armed with this knowledge, I can plan and budget repairs. If you are looking for someone who runs a business according to the Golden Rule, this is the place.

All I can say is WOW!!! I just moved to Nashville from Charlotte, NC, and I needed my ball joints replaced in my Dodge Ram. I called around to a few different places to get quotes for new ball joints, and these guys quoted the most reasonable price. Gary was a great service manager, and easy to work with. The work was done in a timely manner, and they even washed my truck when the work was complete. You just dont get that kind of customer service anywhere. I will continue to get my truck serviced here.

I was away from home, had noisy breaks. Mr. Smith cautioned me about taking the cheapest route for repairs. He then educated me regarding what could happen down the road if I didnt do a complete repair of my breaks. It made good sense, I had the work done as he suggested. The $40 fee he charges to take apart the wheels and drums for the inspection did not appear on my invoice. The garage that I use at home assured me that I made the right choice to spend the money. Thank you Mr. Smith and Auto Pro

I have a 1968 Ford truck with several non-standard modifications, including an engine swap. The team at Auto Pro provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. Not only were they friendly and professional, they diagnosed the problems and called to update me with eash issue they found. All in all, they got my old truck running again and we will not take our cars any where else! Highly Recommended!!

I cant say enough great things about Gary and Auto Pro. Excellent customer service. Kept in constant communication with me. Asked for my authorization when making repairs. Auto Pro saved me $250.00, compared to repair quotes from other shops. I highly and strongly recommend this business. Honesty and integrity is what auto pro is all about and my car runs and drives like new.
