I have been taking my vehicles to Mr. Brawner for years. I have never had any problem. I only have gotten high quality service and parts. Mr. Brawner guarantees his work and only uses high quality parts. Test driving is not considered joy riding and nothing gets out of his shop without him test driving and approving it. I have never seen anyone who appeared to be on any type of drug. I have however, seen mechanics in old clothes and dirty from their work. As far as testing goes, Mr. Brawner has performed many tests on my vehicles to help him give a proper diagnosis. He only uses high quality, state of the art testing equipment. You get what you pay for, and at Import Auto Service, you can count on it being done right the first time. And as far as the gentleman who wants to call names, go look in the mirror. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Great service. They were really friendly. I was thinking Id have to wait since I didnt make an appointment, but they checked it out as soon as I pulled in. Not saying you shouldont make a reservation beforehand but if you dont it doesnt seen like youd have to wait too long for service. Its a little far from where I live, but I wouldnt mind the fortyfive minute drive to get the service I received here.

Owned my vehicle for 10 years now and he over quoted me $60 on a oil change. I was looking forward to getting my a.c. Worked on but who k ow how bad hed gouge the price on that. Dont waste your time. They like to take advantage of womens knowledge.
