Never seen a service center like this one in my past. Here is my story. I went for a flat tire issue a month back. As usual, they came up with allied options and told your battery is rusted and need a battery protective coating(pls note, they didnt told that the battery is bad). I went with them and took that PROTECTIVE coating. Last friday(12/16) I experienced my Lifes worst experience. Started from office (and BTW am having 2012 Nissan Altima) and tried to start the car and it didnt. Long story short.. called the toeing company and he advised to change the battery as it is having too much of rust formation and that is causing the disconnect of the battery from the ignition. But somehow the vehicle got started and I started my ride from my office. Not even reached 300 ft from my office, my car stopped again.This time in the middle of the road. Damn. Even the Hazzard lamp was not working. Once again long story short, called the same toeing company and he took my car and kept it in this great place Firestone Mt Juliet.(The scary part is, if this would have happened to my car while i was driving in highway, am gone :( ) Next day morning am getting a call and i was informed that i need to change the battery. Am completely ok to change my battery, but what did they checked and fixed a month back w.r.t the battery?? What kind of inspection they do?? Even after changing the battery i was not 100% sure and asked the same. The response was.. "Hopefully!!!!!". The other issue was the day before thanksgiving i went to ask about "slippery and brake light indicator showing in the dash always". One of the senior technician told "its common across Nissan and it could be fixed replacing a small device". When i asked the same question after the battery got replaced, one more technician told "ITS A TRANSMISSION ISSUE". Really????!!! My sincere advise. Please dont ever stop by this place. I went just because i am living close by and it would be easier to access. Never. Its better to go somewhere else.. Glad am alive after the 12/16 incident. Sorry for being so elaborate.But i have to.

Brought my car here for new tires and an oil change. About two hours after I dropped off my car I received a phone call from an employee saying that my vehicle was insanely out of alignment and that it would need to be corrected.Even though my vehicle had no pull in either direction that would indicate that I would need an alignment, I told them to go ahead and do the alignment because they offered a fair price. Another thirty minutes later and I get a call saying that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. They tried charging me almost $1000 for brakes and rotors on my car..... I kindly declined the service as the price was astronomical. (You can do front and back brakes and rotors by yourself for $250) Before I spent the money to buy brakes and rotors to do the repair myself, I brought my car into the car dealership I am employed at to have our service center check the brakes and rotors. My brakes were at 75% and my rotors were fine. I cant believe that a company could be so dishonest and this is an absolutely terrible way to do business.I feel terrible because there are people out there that do not know better and might actually fall for a scam like this. Will never again bring my business to Firestone. Absolutely fraudulent way to do business.

Well it all started when I took my car in for an alignment. I had just replaced my outer tie rods for my 1999 Pontiac Trans Am and needed an alignment. When they checked my car out they said there was something wrong with the steering rack and that they needed to keep the car overnight. I pick my car up the next morning only to find my front driver side tire and rim, along with my rear driver side rim had been damaged. The tire had a cut in the side wall and there was a very bad bend in my rim in the same location as the cut. They also bent my brand new read driver side rim. Along with all of this, the car also had an additional 15 miles put on it. They also werent able to fix my cars problem with the steering rack. What I think happened was they took my car out for a joy ride and rammed a curb. When I called them about this they said they had nothing to do with it and that they had noted this when my car came in. Any salesman would have tried to sell me tires if he saw a cut like that... So theyre ether really bad at theyre job or theyre lying, and I know their lying because none of this damage was there before I took it in. Never ever go to this firestone... EVER.

ok i asked for my car parts to be changed in my pt cruser becouse it was over heating i said i have the money but they said they would not becouse they could not get the car to over heat and told me if they put new parts in like the thermastat it would hurt the car and could make a problem ive never seen someone so stupied as if all they had to say was i dont want your money but trying to get my car to over heat would couse more problems with my car i will never go there again i felt also that they did not like me becouse of the way i look or mabe it was becouse im white becouse i know it is not becouse i got the money up frount i cant spell very good and i hope you can read this becouse the fire stone in hermitage said they would do it for me no problem so now i know its just becouse im white or they did not like the way i look i will be conting there main office to see why they dont like white people with my look my money is not good enough for them but it is for the other fire stone

This Firestone service in Mount Juliet, by far, is the BEST auto service around! Provided fullest feedback on the repairs done and the atmosphere is very POSITIVE towards customers. I highly recommend this place! Price is reasonable with service and products provided for my car, the quality matches the price of their work! I will definitely go there again!

best Firestone. I used to wait and come here even when I lived in SC. Chris and Daniel are so good at customer service. they are fair and make sure all their customers are happy and informed. they swiftly resolve issues. they have a competent tech staff that service my import. love this location.

Only been there once, its a Firestone so they are bloated with unnecessary recommendations and high prices. Thats expected, but theres a southern gentleman named Buddy and that guy is awesome. He is a calm great all around guy. So if you ever have an issue there, ask for Buddy. #givebuddyaraise.
