On 4 separate occasions ive been told theyre completely booked and usually there arent many people in there. The last time I called them, they said if I wanted to come down it would be a 45 minute wait. No big deal, so I make the trip down there and am immediately turned away as soon as I walk through the doors. Never again. Get people in who are actually interested in cutting hair.

So its 2:25 pm, I got here at 1:40 pm the salon opened at 12 pm. The door is locked, sticky note on the door says be back in 15 minutes. I went to Kroger grabbed a snack and a drink... Come back still closed. This company is paying someone not to work. Yes Ive called customer service. Im not happy.

I did not have a good experience today. Amanda is good but unfortunately I let someone else cut my hair today. What a mistake.

Guy sat me down in a salon chair and didnt say a word to me for 5 or 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.
