I will never go back. Walked in and there were 2 people, myself and another girl and she just needed her hair braided, and 3 stylists. It was about 1:30 on a Sunday. I asked about highlights and the girl literally let out a heavy sigh and subtly rolled her eyes. I blew that off and then she could not find the pricing book and literally acted mad the whole time, slamming the drawer shut, etc, it was incredibly awkward. I have pretty short hair, comes above my shoulders just to where my neck meets my shoulders, trying to be helpful I pointed to a sign on the wall that said highlights start at $25, I figured she could go from there, she looked at me with a nasty scowl and said thats an old sign. She then told me it would be $150(!!). Lol, I told them never mind and walked out. Got my hair colored and highlighted for $80 at Pure Hair and Body on Old Nashville Hwy and it is fabulous! I will continue to give them my business, they were just wonderful. Ask for Nikol, she is awesome. Thank you Supercuts for such horrible service, I love my new SUPER cute salon with amazing customer service, a great comfortable vibe, fabulous new hair and great prices!

Ive been looking for a stylist since I relocated to Nashville. I have naturally curly hair and its not easy to find someone. Before I came here, I went to Tzers Hair Gallery first, aka Ghost Town. They charge almost $30.00 for a hair cut plus another $6.00 to wet it down. To say the least this place is expensive, but if I get what I ask for I dont mind. I explained what I wanted, she agreed and lead me over to a station. She pushed me into it and proceeded to tell me that she wasnt going to do what I asked for and then told me how awful my hair looked but she could fix it. What? I thanked her and excused myself politely before scissors became involved. As I left she said "good luck with that," in a snotty tone. So I pulled into the next hair salon, which happened to be here. I found my new stylist and my hair looks all caps AWESOME. You know what else is all caps AWESOME. This place. Ask for Samantha. Shell listen and then give you the cut you want, awesomely.

I have been coming here the last couple years, mainly for convenience, and initially it was pretty good, I liked the atmosphere, I liked my cuts, but over the last 7 or 8 months they have just gone down hill. My most recent one will be my last. The girl that cut my hair Aubray, kind of argued with me about how I wanted my hair, vs how she thought it should be. She didnt really listened to how I wanted it styled. The cut was fine, but then when I asked her to fix it with a straightner, she just made it look like it clung to my head. She didnt tell me it would be an additional charge to straightened. My hair either after she already charged me for the horrendous blowdry. Wont be back.

Normally this place is great. But the last 2 times we have been here the wait has been so long. First time it was and hour and a half. The second time I called was told to be here at a certain time arrived 20 minutes earlier and still had to wait forever. They had 2 people working on a SUNDAY. This is unacceptable for a business to have customers wait for over an hour. Sure hope this changes soon and things go back to how they use to be.

I called to make an appointment for my husband, he gets there and he still had to wait 30 more minutes to be seen and was told he did not have an appointment. Instead of being a smartass about prices she should of done her job right! Will not be back thats for sure!
