Ok besides the hour wait on a weekday at 10am make sure you dont get the incredibly fat girl. The place is called "sport" clips meaning if you work there I would think you are somewhat in shape. I dont usually judge fat people but my god she must have been 400+ and she was gross looking, hair all messy. If Im paying 25 bucks for a hair cut/massage/wash at a place with sport in the name, I expect them to look and act the job. I wont be back to this one that for sure, wasted an hour of my life. Call me what you want for being mean or whatever but this is to save others from having the same awkward moment I had. "um, no ill wait for the skinny girl"

Horrible customer satisfaction at this establishment. Some stylist need additional training instead of the employees treating the place as a clubhouse. Todays latest adventure resulted in me waiting over half an hour for preferred stylist with no one in line ahead of me. My turn comes up just for stylist to tell me shed be putting someone else infront of me. So not only do stylist have no issues picking favorite customers but they dont mind you sitting there forever. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Nice facility but terrible service. I normally dont do this, but todY I went in with a picture of the style I wanted. The stylist quickly glanced at it not paying much attention and began cutting. She acted as if she was in a rush. Less than 10 minutes later she was finished. She didnt even bother to clean the majority of the hair off me when finished. I paid twice the price of what I usually pay and the haircut was no where close to what I wanted. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

Went here for the first time yesterday. So many issues. I got a fade and have a beard. Where the beard and the fade come together was about an inch higher on one side, had to fix that myself. Lady didnt know how to style my hair after she cut it and had to ask for help (I provided a picture in the beginning and another lady had it styled in 2 min after she had been trying for 10 min). Cut a 1/4 of my hair without an apron before she realized. Wish I could withdraw my tip. She didnt deserve it.

Been happy with current hair shop (a little off the top) just they are closed on monday. I asked for a high fade and leave most the almost 1 1/2 hair on top and trim the bangs. I knew it was bad but I try to be polite and first thing my daughter said was I was gonna have to shave it off. I havent went back and asked for my money back or spoke my mind about it to them rather try to keep some away from her at least. If I can find out how Ill post the "fade picture"

Horrible! I told the lady I wanted a 4 on the sides and a 6 on top scissor cut. Well once I realized she was doing a 2 on the sides it was to late. She was also very rough and seemed like she didnt care. I really needed a quick touch up because I was going to flordia the next day. Needless to say Im almost bald because of her not listening to me. I will never go here again nor will I ever recommend it to anybody else!

They can save your preferences in the computer so even though you have a different stylist every time, it is approximately the same. The hair cuts are great, the massaging shampoo is great most of the time, but if you go for the MVP the shoulder massage with a vibrating tool will always be disappointing. They arent massage therapists, so they arent very strong and dont use it quite long enough.

Absolutely pathetic. Sign in. Watch as 3 people that arrived after me got their haircut. Go back up to the counter and realize the sheet had been thrown away. They call someone elses name while I told her. She still let that person go before me. Wont go back. Absolutely horrific customer service. Even after they knew they screwed up they still sat down people before me.

I have never had a long wait. The cut I get has never failed to be just what I wanted. Over the years that I have been a customer I have never met one of your employees that were nothing less than friendly and courteous. Overall not just my favorite place to get a haircut, but one of my favorite businesses of any type at all!

Awful just awful, I took my little one there to get a haircut and it was like they were scared to give him a fade, or even shape him up in the front, I could have easily done what they did, and they were just rude, NOT CHILDREN FRIENDLY .

Walk in, sign in, no welcome. Wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged, all the while others are being helped. First time I have walked out of Sport Clips. Next time say "hi", maybe I will give you my money.

Nice place... Horrible stylist I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted. The stylist didnt even look at it and shaved my head. I would not even waste my time and money!!! I am so disappointed!!
