I would give 0 stars but that option doesnt exist. I am very disappointed of the service department, they are rude, they look over and above customers, like if they own the dealer, the service manager and his assistant need to find a different job that doesnt require humbleness, I took my 76k suburban to them due to a problem with tire bibration that the dealership where I purchased the vehicle in Shelbyville didnt help with as I explained on their review, I purchased my suburban with 22" wheels from factory, nitrogen filled instead of air and they replaced my tires but the service manager told me that air was all I was getting, all the settings was changed on the confront settings and the truck hade 150 miles more than when we left it a week before, obviously some one used the truck for personal use, wen I got it back I got it all dirty and no washer fluid, and again the guy treated me with no respect at all, he even said that he didnt understand why they put nitrogen on vehicles that if I pay for it when i purchased the thuck I wasnt getting it back, I am not coming back to them and I wouldnt purchase an other GM vehicle ever again, I dont have a problem with GM cars I just have a problem of how they treat me after the purchase., 08/11/16 update after 4,000 miles due to a trip to Florida, having 4 brand new tires on my suburban we still had the vibration on the tires back and foward our trip, I was even more disappointed than before, the service manager said that we needed to drive the car for 400 miles so the tires can settle and it didnt even work with 4,000 miles, so as soon as I got back I told I gave it a try with the guys at Chevrolet dealer in Murfreesboro tn and they find out that all they did is added like 2 lbs of leads all over my rims and they said that it was totally wrong that they should know better than that, this chevrolet technicians guys did even worse than what I told in McMinnvilleso bill holt Chevrolet dealer, now i am more than disappointed with their services, thanks to the nice service people in Murfreesboro Chevy dealer now my problem has been fixed now my suburban drivers like it should, thanks for nothing bill holt Chevrolet

I was one of the people that got the prize in the mail. I called the lady and she was extremely rude to me. When I asked her how the prize worked, she kept interrupting saying all I need is your name. I explained I had a newborn and taking him all the way to McMinnville is a lot so I need to know if I actually have a prize or if they are going to try to sell me a car when I get there. She got extremely defensive and started asking for my name again, saying I needed to make an appointment to pick up my prize. Halfway there I saw these reviews. How on Earth someone could lie to a mom in need of money blows my mind. I should have known it was a scam. A business would only send something like that if they are failing and desperate. We just really could have used the money. The women sounded so rude and unhappy. I would be unhappy too if I knew I was going to lose my job because everyone I worked with was a joke including myself. I hope you sleep good tonight knowing your job is to lie to hard working innocent people. By the way, wont be coming to my 5 oclock appointment.

Zero stars is not an option. Along with the others, I received a mail-out that was, in short, a scam. Deceptive, fraudulent, and also most likely illegal are some other ways to describe it. Dont fall for it. Dont go to this business. If you have suffered financial or loss of time to this scam, file a complaint with the BBB, TN Consumer Affairs Division, and FTC so that they cannot continue to deceive and manipulate hard-working, honest people who value their time and money. After enough complaints, one or more of these agencies will do a full review of all of their marketing and advertising campaigns over the last several years. Every infraction under Tennessee law will cost them $1,000 a piece. Last year, the New York Attorney General successfully negotiated a settlement against a dealership for similar practices to the tune of over $300,000. Since Bill Holt Chevrolet wont be honest and fair in dealing with its customer base, youve got to hit them where it hurts: in the wallet.

I received a flyer in the mail from this place as well, when I called the manager "Carson" said he couldnt tell me what I won over the phone and that the tiny number under "prize confirmation code" determined what I would win, but that I would, however receive one of the four prizes listed. "Carson" tried to tell me that I was reading the flyer wrong of which states..."If you pull and match a pair on the attached pull tab-YOU ARE A WINNER OF "ONE"OF THE PRIZES BELOW! So its not actually the pull tab number you go by nor the pull tab number under the prize. I bet everyone will win the "weekend get away for two" nowhere worth going Im sure! Also please read the fine print...they DONT pay for travel to and from, food, gratuities and activities, HELL thats pretty much the whole darn getaway. When I proceeded to say how this was a scam Carson hung up on me. May God have mercy on all your wicked little souls!! Carson aka James, wouldnt even give me his right name

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A PAMPHLET IN THE MAIL CLAIMING YOU HAVE WON A PRIZE. Complete scam. We called ahead of time to make sure there were no strings attached to our supposed "winnings" of $2500. They hold this promotion to deceive you into driving down to their dealership to "see if your numbers match the prize" (mind you, we already called to confirm that there was no fine print that would deny the prize). There are only two numbers that match the actual prizes and "all other numbers" win a "getaway for two". After reading reviews on the company providing the vacation (Trips Incentive), weve come to find that they will collect your $50 "deposit" and not return it or your attempts at communication. Even if you do manage to get to one of their destinations, you are forced to attend a 5 hr. presentation leaving you no time to enjoy your "motel". HUGE SCAM. DO NOT ATTEND THEIR EVENT. FAKE ASS IDIOTS.

I went to 3 dealerships and the 1st one l went to. I liked the Truck I looked at but the payments were too high. Went to Chevrolet Buick and GMC in Murfreesboro and they kinda acted like they didnt want to deal with me. Went to Chevrolet dealership in Tullahoma and they blew me off and sent me like they didnt care if they sold a vehicle or not. So I went to Bill Holt Chevrolet dealership in McMinnville 1600 Sparta street. Kevin Stafford and the Manager treated me like real special. Showed me around. Got a great 2013 GMC truck with 25,000 miles on it with payments where I wanted them. Really appreciate how they treated me. They seem to be on a personal level with people. Talk with you not just let me get your money and see you later like some of the Bigger Dealerships. Thanks for working with me couldnt have happened at a better time. Thumbs up Mark.
