DONT GO THERE!!!! WENT THERE FOR A SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION, FOR MY 07 CAMRY WITH 70K miles. WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION PRIOR TO TAKING MY CAR THERE. DAY AFTER I GOT MY OIL CHANGED I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON MY CAR STARTED TO VIBRATE AND I HAD TO PULL OFF THE EWAY. DAYS AFTER THAT MY CAR CONTINUED TO VIBRATE IF I EXCEEDED 50 MPH. TOOK MY CAR TO PEP BOYS THE NEXT WEEK TO FIND OUT THEY PUT WAY TO MUCH OIL IN MY CAR AND DID NOT SECURE MY HOSE ON TIGHT CAUSING OIL TO SPLATTER ALL ON MY ENGINE (luckily not locking my engine up quite yet). THEN COME TO FIND OUT THE REASON OF THE MAJOR VIBRATION OVER 50 mph + IS BECAUSE THEY DID A TIRE ROTATION WHEN MY BACK TIRES WERE WORST THAN MY FRONT. TERRIBLE JOB. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

Was told I had to have 4 new tires. Took somewhere else. Told tire could be patched and I could use 1 tire in next few months but had some time. Not the first time they have not been truthful but thought I would give another chance. No more chances.

Unbelievably bad service. Went in for oil change and they rotated the tires. They broke the lug nut stem and refused to fix and left the entire interior greasy and oily. Ruined a pair of pants. Please stay away from this place. Tony Holland

They over charged me 800 for a job and when i called them on it they offered me a 75 dollar credit toward anything there. When i went to use it the manager that said i had it had resigned. They charge for new parts and give you used parts.

Jitter Dew

Tire change took 2 days, horrible living conditions for fish. Almost inquired the staff to purchase the tank to save the fish. Would not recommend this location, but Ken Towery is usually a good chain.
