For starters, my wife and I WERE regular customers at this Michel Tires Plus. Unfortunately due to our most recent experience we will be looking for another place. My wife attempted to get an ESTIMATE for repairs/maintenance to her car. She received a quote from an Acura dealership and we wanted to compare prices. She attempted to call on 3/31 and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Max. She relayed the conversation as being tough to understand because he mumbled and unhelpful. So I called back to try to get clarification. I also spoke to Max who informed me he was the assistant manager at this location. I tried to get an understanding as to why he could not provide information to her questions. Max told me they needed her to bring the car in because they needed the VIN and other information (he never specified as to what this was). I was confused as to why she couldnt simply provide that information over the phone. Ultimately, he was not going to provide any answers to our questions and I informed him I was happy to take my business elsewhere. He certainly didnt seem to mind and neither do I.

Went in for two new tires and an alignment. My tire rods needing replacement and they tried applying heat to adjust them without asking. They could of broke the car beyond function. When they finally told me what was going on they sat around for 2 hours before they quoted me a price for repair. I took my car else were for repairs and payed less than quoted. Beyond tires, take your car someplace else.

Came here with our company sprinter van about a month ago. We left the van with the manager who looked at it and said they couldnt do our alignment that day but it would be ready the next morning. The next day they called and said they were sorry but they couldnt fit the van in the building. Why make us leave it? We wasted a whole day. This store is incompetent. Leave your car there at your own risk.

This morons broke the light switch off my almost new 2015 F350 then denied doing it. After talking to the manager, he offered me $50 toward a new switch after I told him a new one cost over $100 and I would install it. They eventually paid for it after significant negotiations and threats. No reason to ever go here again with all the other tire shops in town.

Since we moved to Jeffersonville 6 months ago, I took our car here twice for oil change and checkups. Both of the times, we had good impression with the staffs, making appointment over the phone was smooth, they are accurate about the price and waiting time. They are polite, professional and responsible for their job!

Office Manager

Always fast and courteous. This is the only place I will go to get tire work done. Even when I didnt have an appointment Jessie made sure he worked me in so I didnt have to go around with a nail in my tire. That is how you do business. Thank you Jessie.

This place should be called " LIARS PLUS" Save yourself the headache dont go to Michel tires plus employees incompetent try to sell you something you dont need. I should of know better from the bad experience at the Clarksville location.

The service is fast and friendly. The technicians and sales staff make sure to explain exactly what you need and why. They dont do anything without asking for approval and offer free services like battery and tire pressure checks.

I spent 3 hours waiting to purchase 2 tires. 2 hours into the wait the tech ask where new tires to be mounted. I am still waiting for them to finish. Does my time mean nothing to these people.
