I brought my favorite jacket over to this dry cleaner (it was an expensive one too). After I picked it up, I noticed that the collar that did not have any crease and was able to stand up was pressed and was folded into a very disgusting old fashioned style. I brought it back to the dry cleaner. They said they would fix it, but I picked it up again and the collar was still folded. Anyone with a sense of fashion would know that collars declares your style. They did not have any respect of the style of my jacket when dry cleaning it and was folding it and adding creases irresponsibly. Now I can never wear this jacket again and I absolutely hated my experience there. Im never bringing anything to them because I do not trust them to clean my clothing without ruining it.

Ive been using them for decades. You might pay a bit more than so-called "discount" ($10 off $30 order) cleaners, but the ROI is in the counter service and the exceptional way they care for a customers clothes. Ive never had to request a re-do; Ive never had to tell them NOT to starch my pants. There used to be a lot of good hometown cleaners in Memphis; sadly, this is no longer the case. Its best to stick with the ones who dont get bought out or change ownership every couple of years. Mercury Valet is tried and true.

We have been loyal customers for about 2 years now and not going anywhere else since we moved to Memphis. Recently I found out (after 2 ruined sweaters) that they do not listen to what you ask. They clean clothes according to the label. I specifically asked them to clean these items by dry cleaning and they ignored me. If nothing has happened I would have no issue with them, but something did. They refused to compensate me for either item. I am very disappointed and will not be giving them anymore business.

Im not mad because if the cost of the shirts they messed up. Im mad because they messed up my two favorite shirts that I trusted them with. They tore one and completely messed up the other. I will NEVER place my trust in them again. They are WAY overpriced for the incompetence they provide. Ill be spreading my pictures with everyone I encounter. I already spread the picture at the firm I work at. Cant believe they gave them back to me like this. Quality control?...

Ive taken shirts and suits and everything was OK except for last time, when they stained a new white shirt with what looked like grease. It wouldnt come off and they ended up paying for its original value. I wouldnt be so mad if it hadnt been that I was flying the next day for a wedding and had to buy a new shirt that same day. Not going back.

Very friendly, great service. But even with a "new resident" discount, we paid a lot... thats why I gave them 3 stars. If money is no object, theyre great.
