Years ago, when Rob owned Premium cleaners, it was great. If there was an issue, Rob would jump in immediately and take care of it. Since then, it has been sold twice. This time to the same people who own Apple Cleaners. I have had the clothes I dropped off "lost" for several days. I have has suits get "accidently" placed into the wrong bag. I have had a military uniform that was turned in all together get split up and come back days later. I kept going back, because things happen sometimes. I had been going to this place for years. After each time, I have asked for the owner to call me, or for their info. I was not given their info (fair enough) but I have yet to receive a call from an owner. I did get a call from a worker, and they took care of my bill. No one cares that the brand of "Premium cleaners" has been ruined by these new owners. When talking with the staff (while failing at staying calm) even they have admitted that I am not the only customer that feels this way. That’s a sad thing. So I tip my hat to you, new owners that have managed to mess up a good thing. Thank you for caring about a long time customer. I hope you lose more business than just mine.

I came to pick up my coat for the 2nd time because they had to send it off again because they didnt get the spots off of it the girl I work with the first time was very nice very professional she told me she would send it off and if they couldnt get the spots out there would be a note on it saying that there was nothing else they could do I came in to pick it up today and the lady working the counter was very rude didnt seem concerned at all with my questions I asked about the spots got out of it she said I have no idea she said I dont even know where they were at just very rude very short and sarcastic I paid $17 to have my coat cleaned you would think shed be a little more interested in whether it got cleaned or not I wasnt trying to be super picky but I figured I paid $17 it should be cleaned or they could give me a reason why it wasnt second time have used that cleaners Ill never go back and I dont recommend it to anyone elsem

I took my daughters wedding dress in and specifically asked if they were equipped to handle this. I had a cloth bag covering the dress and asked if i needed to take it with me, or if they would use. I was told that I could leave it with them and they would make sure it was handled with care. At pick-up, first the guy couldnt find the dress, which totally freaked me out. Then it was covered in plastic instead of the cloth bag I brought in. I saw the bag crumbled up by the trash can. It was very wrinkled and dirty. Guess where I will never go for my dry cleaning in the future. And to top it off, my bill was $156.97 for 5 pieces.

They said my cleaning would be ready Tuesday after 5. Wednesday morning it was not ready. They said come back Thursday after 5. When I picked it up the guy told me the price. I asked if they were really going to charge me after they lost my shirts and didnt get them done on time. He said, "yeah, they do that." I said, "Really?". He said, "yeah". I didnt have time to fight about it, I paid and told him I will never use them again. I will now use the cleaners across the street and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Ive had two garments cleaned here so far. One of which was a Carhart coat with deep set grease stains from doing mechanical work. I was amazed by the results! I wish i could post a before and after picture on here. I will definitely use them again. I found the staff there to be very friendly and helpful.
