No idea what the negative reviews are all about. I have taken uniforms there for dry cleaning for years and NEVER EVER had a problem. Courteous at the counter, clothes always come back on time and clean and they even heat seal the bottom of garment bags - a nice touch. An email tells me when my order is ready and I swing by. More cost effective than other dry cleaners in the metro east, Ive tried them all. Im over 50 and welcome a good value. Good place.

Dont ask for starch because if you do you may as well ask for them to press your shirts as well. I took shirts there 3 times and 3 times asked for heavy starch. To me heavy is the darn shirt should crunch when you feel it and put it on. Out of 4 shirts just picked up one had some starch in it but looked like it wasnt pressed at all. The other 3 had no starch and they didnt look pressed either.

Apple Cleaners in Edwardsville deserves 0 stars. I took a brand new comforter to have laundered - two weeks later it was returned with a large dry cleaning stain on it. In the weeks since I have met the rudest employee and worst customer service of any business. They simply dont care. Dont take a gamble - find another dry cleaner.
