Ok, I will start by saying that I am a very patient, mild tempered individual, that doesnt have many problems with many people. I went into the dryve cleaners a few weeks ago with a few shirts and a suit from Joseph A banks. I dropped the stuff off, and picked it up a few days later. Upon arriving at home, I found that my jacked had bubbles all in the front, above the pockets. It looks like someone left a hot iron on the suit and melted it, on both sides of the chest. I calmly went back, and told them that they messed the suit up, and if they couldnt fix it, they needed to do the appropriate thing and replace it. I Just found out from several friends that the couple that bought it a few years ago is an oriental couple- and the service has sucked since then. The lady tried to tell me that it was my fault for putting glue inside the jacket? what the heck? Why would I put glue inside of a $500 jacket- ruining a suite, and then stitch it back up to cover up my tracks? Now, I find out that several of my friends have had clothes ruined and lost here as well. I have every intention of making these people lose business. I hope that you will do yourself a favor, and save some time, money, high blood pressure, and hemrhoids by not going to the Gosh forsaken dry cleaning place. NOT TO MENTION: every time i go through the drive through- i have homeless people harrass me for money. Husbands, dont let your wives go here, Wives, dont let your sons or daughters go here.... Bottom line, this place is miserable. Thank you very much for reading! Grant

My experience at dryve cleaners was bad. those people are not professional at all i had put my daughters dress in the cleaners by the time it was ready for me to pick it up the old white lady with the white hair came out with my baby dress from the back she started showing me i looked at my baby dress and i notice the color of her designs were changed from gold to silver and there i notice a big stain on my baby dress so i cut up on they ass and i told them either they fix my baby dress or they was going to buy her another one. So the blonde head lady said we not going to charge you for the stain they put on the dress so they gave me up until tommorow to pick it up. I know one thing they better that stain out!!!!!! So i suggest nobody to use they service they will mess your clothes up after you pay your money first.

Wish I would have read these reviews before popping in. Ridest people I have ever dealt with. Bad mouthing customers in front of me, bad mouthing their job and saying they want to go home. If the employees are so miserable just quit...seriously go get a new job. Now that I read other reviews Im glad I didnt even leave my clothes with them.

This location has always done a excellent job dry-cleaning my suits. I use to stop there every month when I lived in the mid-town area. The main thing I love about them, is that they have the real dry cleaning machines. They also do sameday cleanings if you drop your cloths off early enough.
