I sent three brand new button-down shirts via the Courtyard Marriot-Nonconnoh to get washed & pressed with heavy starch. They came back pressed, but no starch, and smelling like fast-food. No kidding, they smell like greasy fried food. The pressing job wasnt good, with wrinkles in the collars, pleats and sleeves. Its as if somebody hand-ironed them, then threw them in the back of their car and ran off to a drive-thru. For $10.50, it was a rip-off. Ill find somebody else in the future. It was supposed to be same-day service, and the ticket wasnt processed until the next morning, so there was that as well.
