I signed my child up for drop in care because I dont need frequent care for my child. I was told that I could call a week in advance and bring my child in whenever. After 2 unreturned phone calles, I was told they were full and that my 100$ registration fee was nonrefundable. I was excited to find drop in child care & they did not accept my child on the days I really needed them. I understand they were full, but the lack of communication is startling and my call should not have gone for 2 weeks without being returned!

Advertised with drop in care availability and two weeks in a row they are too busy to take my child. No call backs on left messages and no willingness to work with me and my family. Very dissatisfied with the service and staff. DO NOT USE for drop in care.
