Id like to write a review for Kristyn, the massage therapist. As a disabled Combat Vet, I have my fair share of persistent aches and pains, so regular massages keep me able to get through my days. I hadnt been getting massages since your last therapist parted ways with you, but when you hired Kristyn, I figured I would give it a shot. Talk about AMAZING! She is extremely consistent with her pressure and technique, and finds knots that I didnt even know I had and works them out. Due to my injuries while in the service, my ankles are probably my most problem-prone area. She wraps them in hot towels while she works on other areas. I can NOT even begin to describe how much better I feel afterwards, and for several days after my session I am able to walk with only a fraction of the pain I normally experience. Im now a regular and will continue to be as long as Kristyn is there. Thank you SO much for providing more than just a massage service, but an improvement to an old Paratroopers quality of life!

Essentials has the most amazing personnel I have ever had the opportunity to experience at a salon. From Junne the first smiling face I see when I open the door to everyone inside, the smiles are so heartwarming, and the professional attitudes are outstanding. Kristyn with her massages, always manages to work out all the tension in my back and neck something other places have never been able to do. Sabrina and Samantha have worked wonders on my hair. Miranda is such a dedicated expert and can make you feel like a million dollars after one of her facials. The ladies mentioned are but a few of the professionals at Essentials but I can guarantee you that anyone of them can make you feel like a new person and make you look forward to seeing them again. I started going here to have my hair cut and colored as soon as I moved here six months ago. I was worried as I had been at the same Aveda salon forever in my previous city. These worries were quickly put to rest as I discovered how friendly and professional the staff were. My hair has never looked better because Sabrina does an amazing job! I have also started getting pedicures here as well and again, the girls do a great job. I look and feel great each time I leave!

Most people only have this kind of day spa experience in a large city! If youre ready for a wonderful relaxing day, you must go to essentials. Their facials, body massages, and all of their Aveda hair care is amazing. From the moment you walk in their door and smell all of the wonderful Aveda products, until you finally have to leave and go back to your real life, the experience is worth every penny. Havent been so one star cause I was just wonder how much they charge for colors and a simple layer cut? If I go Ill do an actual review and give details on my experience just like a normal costumer would not bashing just not gonna give a five star to a place I havent been to plus it doesnt give an option just to ask questions that Im aware of not to well with google reviews dont go to many places.

I have to smile when I read of people driving great distances to get to Essentials -- I only have to travel 2 miles! Its the nicest place, and my regular stylist is always prompt, fun, and skillful. I love how the staff send friendly reminders; if something should prevent me from getting there (which rarely happens) they are always ready to reschedule right away. I love going there.

Staff unprofessional and extremely loud. They were laughing, making fun and videoing (posted online) some poor soul in Freds parking lot who appeared to have a demon inside of him. This went on for awhile. They need to be praying for his lost soul instead of humiliating him. Leslie never looked out the window or made a comment. I commend her for that.

LeeAnn is FANTASTIC! My son has longer, very thick hair that needs shaping and she knows EXACTLY what she is doing. She recommended only ONE PRODUCT for him and it is perfect! We have been going to her for over 10 years. Very friendly and ALWAYS professional. (I like the individual rooms for privacy.)

Best salon experience I have had, and I have been to a million salons. The products are amazing, and they smell SO GOOD! Aveda products are the only hair products I use now. They are especially great for curly hair! The staff is great too. Super helpful and friendly. I recommend Essentials to everyone.

I have gone to Essentials for quite a while now. I just adore this place. Everybody is so welcoming and sweet. Sabrina usually does my hair but I have tried others and they were all wonderful. The decor is stylish, it is extremely clean, everything about it is so relaxing. They never disappoint!

Trish is the best at cutting thick and curly hair. She always remembers you, even if you havent been in, in a long time. She is always friendly and does her utmost best to give you what you want.
