I had been going to the salon for four years. When I started I was new to the extension sew-in. I had never had one done before. My first experience was so painful it left me breathless and crying. The Braids were so tight that when I had gone 3 months later the get my weave removed, the middle of my head was permanently scared, and risen up. I still continue d going, thinking that it was a one time thing and that it wouldnt be painful every time. Most times the braids were so tight they were unbearable. I had had a few cases wear they were tight but tolerable. But this last time I went to get a natural part leave out sew-in, my stylist pulled my braids so tight that I had to ask her to stop so that I could go into the bathroom and cry. I didnt even want to finish the sew-in. Days later my head still throbbed. A week and a half later i made the decision to take my hair out in fear of hair loss. And I discovered that my head was scabbed all the way around, and I have several bald spots around my head. Ive never had much of a problem with my stylish, except for this last time. She was very rude, and almost careless that I was in so much pain. And wasnt very nice because I didnt tip her and didnt feel the need to giver her customer services was terrible. Needless to say I will be taking my service else where and will not be returning the reflections hair salon ever again.

My girlfriend tried this salon out, she was looking for a new style and told the specialist what she wanted and presented some ideal pictures. The style didnt come at all close to what she was looking for. She called me in tears..... The price is expensive for the fact her hair was butchered. Will not reccomend this to nobody, highly unsatisfied.

Terrible! I asked for a taper cut & style, even showed the hairstylist pictures of what wanted. His section was dirty, with hair from the previous client all over the chair he had me sit on. He completely ruined my hair, refused to style it and then asked me to pay 40$ for his efforts. I am Never going back!

I was in and out, thats not my problem. My problem was I hated my hair. Ive been going here for a few years but this was the first time I hated my hair. Thankfully Jerry the owner was able to get me back in the same day and fix it.

Terrible, Expensive place (not worth the money)! Honestly, youd have a better time going to the super cuts. At least theyll treat you with some professionalism.
