Well I have been going to the Coiffeteria for over 10 years and I have enjoyed everything about it until the new owner came along. My hair services have always been GREAT for haircuts and color and other services until I received the new hair straightening service. I got the service and it didnt work on my hair. I was asked to check in frequently to update the progress and I did. However, I rarely got a call backfrom my stylist and when I did finally get a call back from the manager/receptionist (not the stylist or owner) I was offered a refund. I was told I would get a refund only if I did not ever come back. I was taken aback by this! I kept being told that since they couldnt make me happy I should go someplace else. I said I am happy with everything except this over $400 (I did pay a lower intro amount) service didnt work on my hair. I fought back and forth with the owner thru the receptionist and I was given 2 options. Take the refund and dont come back or accept it didnt work, do not get a refund and continue getting haircuts here. I choose the refund because I could not believe the customer service of the new owner and I felt by relationship with my stylist was broken. I never even received call from my stylist either throughout the entire ordeal which took over 6 wks from start to finish. I am saddened by the entire outcome!

After looking for a salon for quite some time, I am so EXCITED to have found Coiffeteria! The atmosphere is upbeat and the house that it is located in is absolutely charming! I found everyone to be very happy to see me, and I received a hand massage and make-up touch up that just completed my experience. The haircut and color was exactly what I wanted. I actually went in with something in mind and my stylist showed me pictures to make sure that we were on the same page. She took extra time teaching me how to style my hair, and I was actually able to do it on my own the next morning and it looked amazing! I was also really excited to see that Coiffeteria was raising money for clean water!! I was able to donate money to the cause and in return received a beautiful Aveda candle which I absolutely love. Coiffeteria exceeded my expectations and I cant wait for my appointment next month!

What a slice of Heaven. The charming victorian with great decor adds to the experience. My cut and color were perfect and professional. Best I've had in years. Love the full compliment of Aveda products. Love it so much, taking my family, too. My daughter and several friends had a tutorial on how to properly care for skin and apply make up. I have recommended friends and co-workers who all love the service, stylists and whole experience.

Melissa cut and colored my hair last week. The service was was exceptional and her skill set matched her service! From my first phone call to my check out experience the only words to describe it were professional, thoughtful and experienced! Melissa did a great job. I love my haircut and color. My entire family gets their haircut and colored at Coiffeteria and has been doing so for over 3 years. I am continuously impressed by the up to date knowledge their stylists have. Not only do they have a lot of knowledge but the entire staff is incredibly pleasant and easy to work with.
