I cannot remark on their repair skills because we never made it to that point. I was told to bring my truck in for a diagnostic. Once the diagnostic was complete, I asked for an invoice. This apparently was a problem. They told me that they could write down the codes and I said (as I stated when I called) "I need the issues you find to be written into an invoice." They told me they did not have time for that and that I could just come pick up my truck and take it somewhere else. This is a very poor business practice. It appears the only reason their business is booming is due to the lack of competition. Just my observation.

Tony found a broken wire on my semi within minutes. He got right to it even though I had no appointment and he was busy with other jobs. Rate was fair and I will definitely bring future business to AMC.
