Sweet Bitch

I took my car in for a break inspection and oil change. I signed up for their discount program and ended up paying $36 just for the inspection and oil change. They gave me a highly inflated inaccurate estimate for brake pad replacement, rotors, and said there was something wrong with my brake line which was a lie. The estimate came to $1200 which includes two tires. I drove down the road to another shop and had my brake pads replaced for less than $200 & they told me the rotors could wait until the next brake pad replacement and there was NOTHING wrong with my brake line. Firestones business practices of over-inflating estimates for repairs needs to stop!!!! This was after I returned a tool they left under my hood during the last repair. The thanks I get is them trying to rob me because they think Im a woman and dont know any better. They got the wrong one!!!! I grew up in garages around grease monkeys who love cars and know way more about cars than most women. They lost a customer and gained a BBB complaint against them. MY ADVICE NEVER GO THERE, EVER!!!!!!!!

After less than 25,000 miles they said the brakes and rotors need to be replaced again. This is ridiculous. My sister had break pads replaced at another location that was not Firestone. She has driven more miles and her breaks are fine. After paying over $400 before, they want to charge another $300. Had to talk to the regional mgr who agreed to only charge labor $100. I shouldnt have to pay anything. This vehicle hasnt even been driven for weeks at a time due to a stroke and heart surgery. Average miles breaks should last is 40,000. On top of that, ran into another customer at the store next door that says the corporate office is looking at her car today because after supposedly changing her oil the oil light went off and her car shut off when she had no previous issue with her car. If you want things done right the first time, go somewhere else.

My appointment was delayed, it took over an hour after they started to do a simple oil change. It was deffinately not what I had expected and will most likely not be here for a second visit.

Prices are fair and they are nice but they WILL find something wrong with your car and make you feel like you have to have it repaired right away or your car will break down.

Brought in my vehicle to get a new tire, easy and quick, nice staff! Their air-conditioning was broken, but the staff continued to work diligently with a smile.
