So I just posted this same review to Yelp but I figured that Id post it here also. Im usually dont post reviews unless it was a bad experience. They did so well that I wanted to take time to give them a little praise. I wont take my car anywhere else. I had my water pump and thermostat go out on my car the other week which pretty much made my car dead in the water until I could get it fixed. I towed it into their shop and they had the parts ordered and the car fixed in about half the time that I expected from my previous place. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff also. While I was there, a woman and her child came in because she was having issues with her battery. They said it would likely take about an hour before they could get to it but in the 15 minutes I was there they had already gotten to look at it. What was inspiring was that they told her that her battery actually tested just fine and that it was some corrosion. They cleaned the terminal off for her and got her all set. And her bill was $0 but if she had issues later to just let them know. I like that I can know that they arent going to try and sell me a bunch of stuff that I dont need. They would rather have me as a customer for life than to get me good one time.

My 16 year old son went to this establishment for an air conditioning problem. They filled the system with Freon and then told him that there was a problem with the relief valve and the compressor was leaking. They could fix it for around $500, but it is a twenty- two year old car and that would not be cost effective in our opinion. So, they charged him for labor and it came to over $75 and we are no better off than when we started. I went down there to try and work things out with the manager, thinking since it is not working, we could split the difference. I thought he might be able to figure things out before spending 2 hours and filling the system.. This is when the rude and condescending manager insulted me by saying I didnt know what I was talking about. And when I asked if I paid cash could he forgo the tax, since in California they dont charge tax on labor. That is when he insulted California, my home saying that is why they are going broke. They talk the Christian talk but do NOT walk the Christian walk. Not good customer service at all and I will NEVER go back there again. Neither should YOU..

I took my two cars to CBA on two separate weeks. First time with the first car, because of a noise while backing up and making turns, which I thought was either the brake pads or the drive axle boot. Second time with the second car, because of a noise that occurred when turning on my ventilation fan. The first time, they ran their free safety inspection and found nothing. After their inspection, I was unable to hear the noise any more. They charged me nothing for this visit. The second time, they found out that the noise was caused by a plastic part that had gotten warped with age and was now touching the compressor belt used for the ventilation fan. When they told me that, I thought "Oh no, the compressor is expensive to fix". However, the office manager Kyle said that they just cut off part of the warped plastic so that it would not touch the belt. Cost for this visit: ZERO. I had taken that car to the Mazda dealership already to find out what was wrong, and they couldnt find the problem. But CBA was able to find it and fix it for free. Im going to bring my car here in the future.

I am terribly disappointed in the DISHONEST pricing of this establishment. I had my wife deliver an overheating vehicle for repair of an obvious broken radiator hose at the bottom of the engine. She called me 4 hours later in the day with the results of the businesses Sales Manager at a surprising $750! When I called to get an explanation, he stammered with trumped up expenses that he lumped together including a $150 Water Pump. As I "surfed the net" while listening to him, I found a Lifetime Warranty Water Pump across the street at Auto Zone for $55 and then one from the Vehicle Manufacturer at $65, his explanation was that he only puts "highest quality" parts on and that they would be happy to put on any part that I brought in from the outside. By this time the owners statement of: “Our mission as a faith based organization is to glorify God with honesty and integrity while providing our customers with the highest quality automotive repair service.” had been clearly compromised. I got the same exact work done at another shop for $250 the next day.

Based on my experience, I would be very wary of this shop. My car died just across the street, so I managed to get it running just long enough to get it to Christian Brothers before it stopped running again. Turns out, the fuel pump was failing. They quoted me $1000 to put on a new fuel pump and told me that my car required a pump that was especially expensive. Ive replaced a couple of fuel pumps in my life, so I was a little skeptical of that number. I called the parts store for a price. Turns out, the brand new pump cost me $71. I took the car to a mechanic ten miles away who charged me $125 to put the pump on. So the $1000 Christian Brothers fuel pump repair ended up costing me $196 out the door. I dont mind a little variation in pricing, but I do mind paying for parts and service five times over on a simple repair. Be very careful with these people. Just because something is said with a smile doesnt make it the truth.

Having a local garage you can trust is invaluable. December 15th my wifes vehicle broke down and we had it towed to Christian Brothers in Spring Hill TN. They were up front, and exact on their estimation of the issue and price. Fast forward to Monday December 19th....another one of our cars isnt starting. They gave me a dollar amount to diagnose, and communicated every step of the way. If they uncovered any issues, they were prompt to call and let me know. Replaced my battery, and ignition switch, fixed some less than desirable electrical work that had been done, and delivered the car in a very reasonable time frame with an incredibly reasonable price. Spending extra "unplanned" monies days before Christmas is not enjoyable for anyone, but Kyle and Chris treated my problems as their problems and made it as painless as possible, I will definitely use them every time I need car work. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

First time there and will NEVER go back. The guy was very rude to me, I took it there at 11am as I came back in at 4:30pm just to inquire about my car since it was getting close to closing time he copped an attitude with me saying "your car isnt the only car we have to work on and you dropped it off at 11:00 when we were booked up" when i had took it at 11 he never said he was booked he acted as if it would only be a little bit. After he was done being rude to me he ran to my car put it in the garage I came back out there because he had upset me by being rude to me so I asked for my keys back after i told him the way he upset me and asked for my keys back he claimed i was the one walking in there with an attitude when i had only been inquiring about my car because it was close to closing time. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone not to go there.
