A few weeks ago my ford E350 broke down while my girlfriend was driving it. I called these guys to tow it. I figured it was my alternator and I would fix it myself. Greg showed up to tow me and said it would be $100 to tow to my house unless I wanted him to take it to his shop. At the last second I decided to let them have a look and save me some time and effort as I was really busy that week. He told me it would be $585 for a new battery and alternator unless they needed to put a new belt. I knew it was a lot, but I justified it as saving me time and effort and helping out a small business at the same time. I came to pick it up and it was $704 because they did put a new belt on. I was charged $140 for a battery, which is fair, $160 for labor, $50 for the tow, $65 for a belt (which actually only cost $30 at a parts store), and $260 for the alternator. A hard pill to swallow considering I could have done it myself and a new alternator actually only cost $133. Then I started having electrical problems. I took a look and found that they used a cheap re manufactured in Mexico alternator and charged me $260. I replaced it myself and fixed all my problems. I went to return the alternator that they put in and I was told they dont refund on parts. I wasnt looking to get one over on anyone, all I wanted was what is fair. Money back for a part that didnt work. The way I was treated was beyond disrespectful. Greg told me they wont give him his money back for the part, so he cant give me my money back. If you own your own business, you can do whatever you want. If the place you buy your parts from will only give you a replacement part, you can still give me my money back and just keep the new part for the next customer who needs a very common ford part. At the least you could have offered me what you profited by charging me double for the crappy part. Its people like this that make it hard to trust any mechanic. I wish I had read these reviews before I agreed to let them work on my van.

I called them over 20times over a 2hr span when my car broke down in the middle of a street to tow my vehicle before they even answered my call...then told me no one can tow my car. Why have a tow truck service if you dont tow cars. Would never recommend them for anything.

Greg is a liar and a cheat. Do not bring you car to him, I wouldnt trust him to put a chain on a bicycle. Hed charge you $150.00, have someone else do the work and it wouldnt be done right! Im out $600.00!

Took my van there they couldnt get it fixed took them forever charge me $500 never got the job done dont know what happened to my van
