This place is a joke and absolutely ridiculous! They are rude and incompetent. Shannon is disrespectful and was very condescending. I had to come here 3 different times within the week because of their mistakes and all i originally came in the first place was for one tire to be changed. 300$ later im still not taken care of and treated so rude. I was nothing but polite and concerned for my safety and the quality of tire they put on was what he described " cupped n wash board like"and was safe but jus annoying like " having a 2 yearold in the back seat" literally his exact words !! Im baffled i dont know anyone who would be okay w buying a brand new tire and supposing to be okay w making your car ride loud suddenly and tire being cupped n washboard like..yet im being treated like im bothersome ...long story short i would never recommend or come here again. This is so not cool and unfair. They lost all our families business ..i had to leave and spend more money at discount tire but at least im now safe. So disappointing to spend hard work money and be ripped off and then treated like that.

Ordered wrong parts, held onto car much longer than they first said. Told us there was much more wrong with the car than the other two mechanics that we went to said. Tried to charge us $400 more than the other mechanics quoted us. We eventually just had to go pick it up after 3 days and take it somewhere else. Would not recommend.
