I informed the owner of this company that I always rely on reviews when choosing a company for anything but have never written one before. After the move I informed him I would be posting my first review. On the morning of the move Apollo Strong called me about 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were almost there. They came in and while I started completing my paperwork with the owner the other two young men immediately began working the moment they walked in the door. They broke down two beds, two tables (one which was a glass table that was difficult to take apart but the owner thought outside the box and made it work) took a large heavy tv off the wall mount (a curved tv which he made provisions and placed in a tv box), moved 4 night stands (with evertyhing still inside), another tv, a large very heavy standing floor mirror and another medium size mirror, a dresser (with everything still in it), two living room chairs, a sofa and loveseat, an ottoman, 2 side tables and a refrigerator, a front load washer and dryer among other miscellaneous items including about 7 boxes. They shrink wrapped everything along with wrapping everything with heavy blankets. These guys did not take not one break in the 7 hour move (unless they counted the drive from point A to point B as their break which was about 30 minutes). I even gave them Gatorade and they drank it as they continued to walk back to the truck to continue unloading the truck. These guys moved a 2555 square foot home in under three hours. Yes UNDER three hours! Again they never stood around and never took a break. They reassembled the bed and placed my items wheere I asked them to. They also hooked up the washer. They couldnt hook the dryer up due to me having a 4 prong whip and the plug being a 3 prong plug. The apartment changed out the plug for me. Although they were moving quickly they didnt break or scratch anything. The owner even took the front door off the hinge at the new place to fit the refrigerator through the door. The hardworking young men were very mannerable and respectful saying yes maam and no maam which is how I was raised but is very rare these days with young folks. I even joked with them about most young men their age trying to find easy laid back jobs because of not wanting to work hard or work at all. I have already let them know that I will be using them again in the very near future. My apartment manager even saw how hard these men were working while moving me in and asked me to get their business card for future residents who ask for a good moving company. Now that speaks volumes all in itself. And I would be amiss if I didnt mention they were moving me to a third floor apartment. I went back to work the next day telling my coworkers all about my experience as I was very anxious about the move. I told them that I have their number and email in my phone for future use and recommendations. Ms. Shanise took my reservation and was very understanding when I called to reschedule the date a couple of days before the original scheduled date. These men were TRULY Apollo Strong and earned every dollar they made just wish I had more to give them.

Summary: Be careful using this company. Showed up on time, but broke the LCD on our television. Contacted the owner, furnished pictures, model of TV, picture of serial plate and details about the device as they requested. Upon first discussion with owner regarding the damaged item, refused to offer us anything except the absolute minimum insurance claim (about $20). Basically informed us that it was our fault the television broke in their truck because we didnt take precautions. A "too bad, so sad" attitude. After we spoke several times, owner then agreed to help our family replace the broken item - only then to stall, call us back, change their mind, and tell us they would only give us a portion of the previous amount they agreed to. Company then pressured us to sign a document to hush about the situation and not share our poor experience with others. My recommendation to those moving in the DFW area would be to use a different moving company. Apollo Strong broke our flat screen televison and made the moving process far more stressful than it needed to be.

Absolutely amazing experience with Apollo Strong Moving!!! Super guys and I have never seen people who worked so very hard to make our move from Arlington to Cleburne go so smoothly. They had to use a 53 trailer a 35 trailer and we even needed them to empty a 16 storage pod. We had so much stuff!!! And Because we moved onto a street with so many trees they had to park the semi trailer down the street and moved our things to the house and did so happily .... oh and it was raining all day today AND we moved out of our previous house on the hottest day of the year so far!! TJ, Joe, Vince & Blake were awesome!! Didnt know the name of the man who drove the trailer but even he pitched in to help!! We laughed and shared stories and joked A LOT about all of our stuff ... anyway, we sure dont plan on having to do this again but it you do I seriously recommend this company. Guaranteed that they will do whatever it takes to make your move a success. They sure did for us!!!! Thanks so much gentlemen!!

We used Apollo Strong Moving for my mothers move from Fort Worth to Dallas and were very pleased with their services. They had the biggest truck of everyone we called and were able to fit all of her furniture on one trip. Once the move began, I was relieved of much anxiety I had about the move. The furniture was heavy and there were lots of antiques and keepsakes. Some of the furniture had been in my family for several generations and my mother was very concerned with how they were going to be cared for by the movers. She was not disappointed. Our biggest concern was my great-great-grandmothers piano from the 1920s. We had no problems. Nothing was broken. No damage to the piano. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than several other moving companies we contacted. I recommended Apollo Strong to a friend that just moved from Arlington to Grand Prairie and he was very pleased with them as well.

On-time. Professional. Fun. Exciting. Engaging. As good as it gets. Affordable. Best bang for your buck. These are a few words that describe this organization. TJ and his crew made the move a relaxing experience. I work for a nonprofit, and we had to move things from CORSICANA to WAXAHACIE. We paid $250 in total for 2 men, two hours, and one big truck. There is NO. NADA. ZERO. Other organizations that would price like this organization. Literally, every other org. was asking $250 for each hour and with a smallllllllll truck!!!!! THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. They do an AMAZING job and they are so energetic. Im recommending them to my momma, my babys momma, my babys mommas momma, and everyone I meet. Work with them. I guarantee youll LOVE them.

On time, well equipped. Carefully wrapped furniture. Almost no damage. However, during the move They vanished for 1 1/2 hours with my entire life in tow.? (Didnt arrive at destination, 10 minutes away, unreachable by cell phone for 1.5 hours). A 4-5 hour job turned into 8+ hours ($1200). They ran out of steam After 5 hours. Unloaded Trailer, moved furniture in but wound up off loading remainder in the garage, moved the rest my self. One box is missing, but I cant prove where Abouts 4 months later. Get a time estimate upfront and watch them very carefully. Call the owner immediately if they are out of contact. The owners response Below is disturbing.
