These guys were awesome! I had a pretty big request: move EVERYTHING in my house (which was A LOT) and additionally, drive across town and pick up some extra furniture from another location, and take it all to our new house. I was looking for a full service type company, that could unhook water and gas lines, take apart furniture and reassemble it etc. This was it. Dillon and his crew (Andrew, Ben & Evan) were great, they literally ran from the house to the truck and and back trip after trip. Im pretty sure theyre super human because they didnt take any breaks, and they didnt eat, Im not even sure they used the bathroom?! They were careful with everything, wrapped and padded everything and assured me everything would arrive in one piece! Additionally, they went above & beyond. My job literally took all day, 2 trips with the truck, and at the end of the day/night. There was 1 important item that didnt fit, my kids wooden outdoor playhouse. They didnt have to, but these guys went back for a 3rd trip at 9pm and lifted this 4 ft by 4 ft with a roof wooden playhouse OVER an 8 ft fence, brought it back to our new house and lifted it over another 8 ft fence. My kids were so excited that it didnt get left. What a relief, I had zero idea how we were going to get that thing out of the old house before the new owners arrived! I cant thank them enough for that! They really made sure we got everything out that we needed to get moved in time!

Im not one that spends a lot of time writing reviews, but these guys earned it. Ive moved half a dozen times in the past 20 years and have never had a moving company meet my expectations. Ive seen it all, no shows, low ball estimates and even one crew that threatened to take the contents of my home to a storage unit if I didnt pay them more than the contract amount. Unfortunately for them, it didnt work out the way they expected. Black Ops Moving is a professional moving company. They have the nicest equipment Ive seen. They got there on time. They wrapped my furniture and unboxed items in plastic to protect it. They loaded and unloaded the entire house without damaging anything. One thing my wife really appreciated is they took the time to place the items in the correct room which made unpacking much easier. The move was completed within the estimated time, and more importantly, for the amount agreed upon. This is the first time Ive ever tipped a moving crew, but I feel they deserved every bit of it. I highly recommend them if you are looking for piece of mind in your move.

You know how it goes with the majority of cheap movers that you somehow convince yourself to trust with your belongings. You typically get a crew of lazy, chain-smoking degenerates that squeeze every last penny out of you as they recklessly move/meander around your home. THANK GOODNESS that I finally learned from those awful experiences (3rd time moving) and called Black Ops Moving and Delivery! The crew they sent out were absolutely bad ass! Not only were these gentlemen punctual but that were polite, genuine, careful, and incredibly fast. I had no clue that a house could even be emptied so quickly without a single knick, ding, scuff, or scratch. If anyone is reading this, I highly encourage you to give this honest company a shot. You most certainly will not be disappointed.

I called on these guys for some extra help pretty last minute during the busy season. I know how it goes because I work for a moving company in Austin. I called 8 other companies near by and they were all booked up so I know I got lucky. We had them scheduled first thing in the morning and long story short, it wasnt until the morning of that I had to cancel them due to reasons beyond our control. Dylan and crew were at the job on time and waited around for me to find out what was going on. He was very understanding and was very polite about a rather annoying situation. We do moves in the area every week and will not hesitate to call on them for some extra help! Thanks for the professionalism guys!

I used Black Ops for a 3 bedroom home across town move (approx 60 miles). These guys are great! Their prices were better than major competitors in the area. The guys (3 of them) who arrived for the job were extremely polite. They handled my belongings with care, as well as protecting the flooring in both homes. There was no extra charge for the 800 pound safe I needed moved as well, and yet not one wall or inch of flooring was damaged with moving that monster. These guys are top notch and would use them again!

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Good service, the guys were kinda late but the owner personally called to apologize and gave us a discount. The boys were professionals, quick and friendly. They were very careful with boxes marked fragile and if I mentioned something was extra fragile they always were clearly more careful. The temp dropped to 17 with terrible wind in the evening and the guys didnt complain, just powered through it.

I was so impressed that the owner of the company came and personally moved a special piece of furniture that has been in my family for years. He cared for it as if it was his own, making sure it was properly protected during the move, to be passed on to another family member. My girlfriend used these guys first and after her experience I wasnt using anyone else for my move. We have had two different crews now and used these guys for two moves. Crew usually gets there early, price is fair, they have all the right equipment, our items were moved fast and damage free. Great experience! Ive recommended these guys to everyone moving apartment or house.

Satisfied Customer These guys are pros! We hired them to move furniture we purchased. One piece was a huge sofa bed. They were fast and flawless. How they managed to get the sofa through a narrow hallway to the bedroom was amazing to see. Not a scratch on the sofa or the wall. These guys know what they are doing.
