North Dallas Moving and Storage (United Van Lines) were incredible from start to finish with our move from Dallas to Baton Rouge. Jim Karalla was very clear, straightforward, and honest in his estimates and although he was selling his company, he was the least "salesmanlike" and was not pushy or overbearing in the least. He was happy to negotiate given that we were shopping multiple estimates, and he was very honest in providing good feedback and comparisons of his company to other moving companies around Dallas. Sheryl Gibson was a great move coordinator, with good online forms and payment, very timely updates on status, incredible flexibility with us on delivery and holding dates, and coordination of her moving staff. And finally, Jamison Cutaia as a loading and unloading coordinator was awesome - he did an excellent job accounting for all of our items, coordinating his (excellent) loading crew, and making sure to cause zero damage to our home and very minimal damage to our items being moved (keep in mind that zero damage to moved items is unheard of, so minimal damage is pretty much a perfect move). Very, very satisfied with NDMS and United Van Lines and wish for our next move that they were in Baton Rouge so we could use them again. Highly, highly recommended!

I will not use them again. Not when there are hundreds of other moving companies. $1599 55 inch tv screen was cracked in the move. They claim they can only legally give my $27.24 for it. = not good enough. It took me calling them for 2 weeks for them to get the process started. Keyshala is very unmotivated and acts like you are disturbing her when you call. Dont let them move anything you value and need. Sorry but its the truth.

They picked up my things last Tuesday and I still have not gotten them. I would avoid at all costs
