I would give them negative stars if I could. We contracted with them to move contents of a five bedroom house across town to our new house. They arrived on time at 2:00 PM with two guys for a minimum three person job. We had to have the house cleared and cleaned that night for a 7:00 AM walk thru the following morning. They started complaining immediately upon arrival about various things. We had organized the house so all boxes were stacked in either the basement living room or the dining room upstairs. Everything was set-up easy for them with one exception.....the exercise equipment. They had instructed us to take apart the exercise equipment which consisted of a treadmill, weight machine and elliptical. I had taken apart the weight machine, but didnt take apart the elliptical as I knew from when Scheels moved it in that it fit just fine and didnt need to be taken apart to get out. Anyway, we argued about the elliptical for about 10 minutes as I did not want to take it apart and though the real issue was they didnt bring enough people to a five bedroom job. I said that if Scheels can get it in the house, I dont understand why professional movers cant get it out of the house. They got mad at me for repeating how ridiculous I thought this was, said they were leaving and walked out to the truck. When they walked out, my emotion turned to desperation and I quickly apologized to them for hurting their feelings and I asked them to come back in the house and do everything but the exercise equipment which I would deal with. They said, no Jim, it is too late. I called Aaron at the Apartment Movers who said if they didnt want to move me, they didnt have to, even thou I had signed an agreement when they arrived at the house for the moving job. He said they are contract workers so they can do whatever they want. I asked Aaron what I had done and he said they told him I had been disrespectful to them. Really? I tried again with the movers and they repeated that it was too late. At that point they closed the truck up and drove off the job. It was completely unbelievable. The good side of the story is after standing in shock for about 20 minutes, we started calling around ton for a rental truck. Found a truck and all my neighbors helped us. And we were able to easily take the elliptical out in a single piece. It has been about a week and I still cant believe what happened. If we didnt have great friends Im not sure how we would have got it done. I would recommend everyone STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Find someone who stands behind the customer, someone who has actual employees, not contractors.

I hired them last fall. They arrived on time and were great to deal with. They explained everything up front. When we got near the end of the time they told me and I worked them up until the very last minute. They moved a family heirloom that is in pretty bad shape. They wrapped it with big bands and plastic wrap. I live on the 3rd floor so I know they worked hard but no one complained. I was with them a big part of the move and there were never any conversations that they couldnt have had in front of my grandmother. I called the office after the move and told them how pleased I was.

We had an apartment move in May from Moorhead to West Fargo with TONS of boxes and 4 rooms of furniture. The movers arrived a couple minutes early, were very respectful and careful with our things, and moved extremely fast. I think our move only took a couple hours. When we got to the new apartment they hauled things in quickly, put my large furniture back together perfectly, and nothing was broken. They were reasonably priced for the amount of stuff we had. Id definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move apartments!

Excellent customer service! Really enjoyed working with Mark and Eric over the phone and email. The movers arrived on time and it went flawlessly. They were so careful with my items. I couldnt have asked for a better move. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and so pleasant to work with. Awesome! I only had a couple heavy bulky things to move. When I got the bill it was cheaper then what they quoted. I only paid for the time they spent working. They were very careful with the floors and the trim work as they maneuvered my items around corners and down the stairs. Thanks guys.. you made my day!
