WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONE. WE MOVED FROM OKLAHOMA TO CALIFORNIA AND TRUSTED THEM WITH EVERYTHING IN OUR HOME. WE HAD TONS OF STUFF BROKEN AND BOXES THAT WAS CLEARLY MARKED FRAGILE WITH THE TOP MARKED WAS UPSIDE DOWN AND WE HAD A BOX PACKED FULL OF AMMO AND CLIPS VALUING AT OVER $2000 MISSING. WE ALSO HAD THINGS DAMAGED THAT WAS WRAPPED IN BLANKETS. THE MOVERS THAT PACKED US WERE VERY CURTIOUS OF OUR STUFF AND WAS NOT MIS-HANDLING ANYTHING AND THE MOVERS THAT DELIVERED WAS THE SAME. BOTH WAS VERY POLITE AND HARDWORKING. WE CONTACTED THE MOVING COMPANY ABOUT THE AMMO AND THINGS BROKEN AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK THE WAREHOUSES FOR THE MISSING BOX BUT HADNT HEARD ANYTHING YET. THEY JUST SAID THEY WERENT SUPPOSE TO MOVE AMMO BUT NOTHING WAS SAID WHEN THEY WERE LOADING US OR WHEN WE WERE LISTING EVERYTHING IN OUR HOME. IF SOMEONE TELLS YOU THEY HAVE A GUN CABINET THEN YOU KNOW THEY HAVE WHAT GOES IN IT. MOVIED TO A NEW STATE AND STARTING A BUSINESS AND NOW HAVING TO DEAL WITH TONS OF PAPERWORK FROM THE INSURANCE ON TOP OF THIS. WE GOT THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHEN WE WERE SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE OUR PROPERTY. WE WERE TOLD 3 TO 4 DAYS FROM THE TIME WE GOT PICKED UP AND IT WAS OVER A WEEK. IF WE EVER MOVE AGAIN I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Having moved ourselves many times before I really had no idea what to expect when we hired Presto to move us from Oklahoma to Colorado. They were the cheapest and had the best reviews that I could find, so I thought we would give it a try. The guys wrapped everything extremely well, which was very impressive. The only down fall: It cost me more when they did all this wrapping and packing and my stuff took up about 200 more cubic feet than the original quote. I didnt recall them telling me about this, but of course it made sense after I thought about it and they made it well worth the additional fee. Jerry and the guys who picked up my stuff were great, very kind and professional. I received my shipment in Colorado within 5 days of the first possible drop off date. The 2 guys who came, Jeff and Billy were again very kind and professional. They placed the boxes in the appropriate rooms (as I had marked on the boxes prior to them picking them up), set up my washer and dryer and bed up and put the furniture where I wanted it placed. Patrick at the Dallas office and the dispatch office in California were both great to work. I would highly recommend Presto Logistics to move you and I would certainly use them again.

Presto logistics is a group of fine young men. They came to my house, very professional and put together, they knew exactly what do and how to do it. These guys loaded up in a few hours which I was very impressed with, then delivered to my new home in a matter of a 3 days! They actually got there before me & I had to have them wait an extra day... In this case I was okay with it being that Id rather have them be early than late. In the long run I came out on too with this company...

Moving companies are all over the place and I always see trucks with ads on them, I never understood which ones are better or not. When i called presto I asked a lot of questions about the process and how the pricing structure works. The gentlemen in the phone was very patient and helpful. The movers were good (ie: no damages), no complaints. All good here, and recommended.
