It was the best of times, but then it was the worst of times. Ive used this company 4-5 times, recommended them to friends who have used them and could never find one thing negative to say about them. In fact they exceeded my expectations every single time in all ways.....until yesterday when I dont believe there was one thing left that could have gone wrong other than them wrecking the truck which I am thankful did not happen. No matter how many times a company does a good job the one time they turn it into a disaster beyond your worst fears, especially a moving company who has your life at least in possessions in their care, it will create fear and anxiety and distrust and skepticism to the point of wondering how it could have been the polar opposite of your previous experiences. And then when the only remedy they offer is an apology you realize how risky the gamble had been to put your trust, your money and your faith in their services. Ive only had one bad mover experience & that company, a very large one in the metroplex, has plenty of good reviews but a really bad word of mouth reputation. Beware that all good things that a business can do or has done in the past or for others does not mean that will be the case for you. Im sad I dont have Two Men & A Truck to depend on for the remainder of my immediate moving needs but I just cant take a chance on yesterday repeating itself again. I was at their mercy and rather than realize a bad thing was going down and possibly switching gears the people in charge chose to let bad lead to worse until it was done &?unrecoverable. Now Ive not only lost money to the move lost what I might could have salvaged from what I put into their care. Very disappointed and surprised.

I recently moved from Texas to another state and selected Two Men and A Truck for my movers after getting estimates from several companies. I am extremely happy with my Two Men and A Truck moving experience. Vermaine, my In Home Consultant, was absolutely outstanding! He worked with me to get the move I needed at a price I could afford. He stopped by several times and delivered boxes to me. He answered every single phone call I made to him almost instantly. Truly a great employee! And my movers - David and DeMarcus - AWESOME! - they could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and respectful. They worked nonstop! I couldnt believe how hard and long they worked! Yet they always had to time to answer any questions I had and always so politely. I was moving alone for the most part, so their service and attitude really made a tremendous difference to me. Two Men and A Truck will be the FIRST mover I call next time!

We are just now unpacking, two months after the move, due to a remodel at our new house. I am amazed at the poor quality of work demonstrated by this company. If you have expensive things, pick another mover because this one is terrible. I literally opened boxes with rotting fruit inside! Many items are broken, and all boxes are so poorly packed that it appears Two Men doesnt believe in training their workers. I have moved numerous times with real movers, large international companies, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Further, the delivery of furniture was also bad since the movers just dumped items where they saw fit and did not bother to put most things in the room that they belonged. While the people were nice and friendly, I would never recommend them. My advice to you is to avoid this company at all costs!

We have used the Carrollton several times for our moves. 1 time it took all day for the move but we had lots of furniture and boxes. Moved from a 4 bedroom house to a 3 bed room house and they also moved lots of boxes to our storage unit. The lead worker called the office with concerns of one of the helpers and a manager came over to take care of this issue. though it took most of the day to get our furniture moved they gave us an additional discount and all our stuff did get moved and was well taken care of. We have used them 3 more times after this and each time they have done a very good job AND in a timely manner. Our first experience was not the norm. Would recommend this moving company.

I have to say, I didnt know what to expect when I first requested service. In fact, I thought the original cost estimate was a bit high for my needs. I was wrong. The three movers, Keith, Patrick and DeMarcus were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, and were at work within ten minutes. They moved out my furniture in record time. They also took care when doing so, so nothing was damaged. Everything arrived at my new home perfectly fine. They unloaded quickly and completed the entire move an hour before they initially estimated. I was able to save a lot of money with these very fast, efficient movers.

Third move with the company and it was apparent with this move that they are experiencing growing pains. There were several complicating factors with this third move, including the weather. In the past, the support folks were all over the details of each move. With this move there were disconnects between offices and their field crew, and disconnects internally between service and management staff that delayed and frustrated everyone attempting to get our move done. Hopefully the Two Men gets their act together and deals with its growth in better ways.

I wasnt sure how many trucks I needed, so a consultant came by to look at what had to be moved before we actually scheduled the move date. The one large truck was enough for this move. The movers were quick and very accommodating to any requests and inquiries I had. It took them 8 hours to move us out of one house and into another. I did appreciate the care they took in moving the furniture pieces. They wrapped them up with moving blankets and plastic wrap to ensure it was not scuffed up. I would use their services again for any future moves.

I have used Two Men and a Truck on a number of occasions. The guys are always very friendly and professional. They also take great care with my things. I really like the fact that they wrap the furniture in plastic wrap. It is an added layer that protects my furniture and keeps it from getting scuffed and marked. My only disappointment was that I requested a third guy so that my move would go faster. Unfortunately, they were short staffed. I would recommend this company to anyone making a move!!!
