I chose Storage Choice on Harwell Dr. in Arlington due to the proximity to my new home and because the price was better than some of the others in the area. I was pleased that I was offered a free lock for my unit. The manager, Nick Brown, was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. He did; however, explain that he was also area manager and is often out in the field. When I came back with a load of items to put in the space, I found that someone had left an open box with some sheets inside. Although the unit was not dirty, it did need sweeping. There was no plastic tab on the latch as Mr. Brown told me there would be, so I theorize that someone broke it off some time ago and had used that storage space. One downside is that the narrow and hilly paths between the buildings require careful navigating if another vehicle is coming in the opposite direction. However, all in all, I am pleased with the unit, the location and the price.

After searching for hours, calling and visiting different storage units in the DFW area and not finding prices that were reasonable, I decided to simply drive by a few I happened to remember were in my neighborhood. I visited both Public Storage and Secure SecurCare, didnt like their prices; my third stop was Storage Choice, where I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the friendliest and courteous people Ive bet in a very long time, he was very professional explained everything quickly in a concise manner. I walked away very happy and with the best deal thus far, and thats why I would recommend them for your storing needs, If dont believe me! stop by and ask for "Nick" youll thank me later! One Love!!!

Storage Choice has the lowest monthly rental rates in the area plus they had the unit in the size I needed clean and ready for move in immediately. Using the kiosk on property helped make an easy chore of completing paperwork and paying. I had instant access through the gates as soon as my account had been created and I had paid in full. The kiosk is an awesome benefit adding convenience for making payments whether the office is open or not. Any questions or concerns are answered by management promptly and courteously. I would recommend to anyone Storage Choice is the best and easiest choice for your storage needs.

I really like the prices at this facility. I immediately left Public Storage and got a storage space with them and I am saving $45 dollars every month to store the same amount of things in the same size space. The other amazing thing about this facility they have a Kiosk outside that you can drive up to and pay your storage bill right on the spot even if the facility is closed!!! "Awesome" I dont think no storage company have this wonderful perk. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable his service was friendly and fast. I will be here for a while or at least until I find a house to move my things in!!! Great Place!

I had to choose Storage Choice quickly and the best way is to check reviews and this place had great reviews!! not only did they have great reviews on the web, the experience of getting everything set up in a quick manor supported the amazing reviews. Nicholas the manager was very helpful and easy to work with and made the process smooth with getting everything set up. All information was relayed in a very clear manor so there was no confusion of anything. Very clean and orderly place and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Storage choice has been far beyond our expectations of a place to store our things. We wanted to make sure we put our things in a area we knew would be protected 24/7. It is nice to know our things are located off the main road and people cant just see the storage facility. It also makes me comfortable knowing there is only one way in and out and the rest of the location is secure. Also the staff has been great and very helpful with all our needs and question. My unit was easy to find and it was easy to store my furniture and items inside. The manager, Nicholas, was also very helpful in accomodating me at the last minute. All other customers that Ive encountered while at the storage unit are very pleasant and respectful. Whoohoo is right. We looked at 4 or 5 different storage places and when we found this one in Arlington near our house we stopped looking. This place is managed by "team awesome", it has a great location with easy access and the rates are the best Ive found.
