Rented a Penske truck and bought boxes from Arlington South Self Storage and it was a great experience. The boxes were great quality and they offered discounts for buying 10 or 20 which we needed. The Penske truck was a very pleasant change from U-Haul. The truck was clean and it had a liftgate which made our move very easy. Mike took great care of us and was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

I dont know if they need help with their workflow or what, but had a reservation for 9am and didnt get out of their until after 9:30am. They need to staff it appropriately or change their workflow. Worse than a doctors office.
