stopped my storage oct. 1 but you continue to bill my american express card...spoke to you 3 weeks ago and you assured me that a credit to my account would me made at once and that what showed as a charge should have been a credit....spoke with american express this a.m. and you have done nothing to fix this charge...i called your office this am only to get another recording...what is going on with making these charges reversed??? I had this storage unit for 4 years...and this is the way you repay me by making charges that never should have been made...
