Absolutely horrid place!!!! The mgmt is terrible, their gates never work and consistently lock. Several times the gates have locked with no way to get your vehicle out of their facility. The mgr has yelled and screamed at customers for trying to open the gate manually with crank system. They manager, who lives on the property conveniently erased the emergency contact number so there is no way to contact anyone for help. We literally had to call the Police and FDP to come get us out. After continued assurances this would never happen again, it continues to occur. Their doors on the units do not open correctly, do not stay open (you have to prop up) and the climate control is an absolute joke. Youd have better luck just placing your items in the back of Kroger... at least you could get to them when you want!

They are very stingy! I dont even rent there, but I needed several moving supplies, so I stopped by and bought about $30 of various items. About 30 min. later, I realized that one of the covers I bought couldnt be used because my chair is leather and needs to breath, so the plastic cover I bought was useless. I brought it back right away, unopened and with my receipt. The manager said it was against their policy to return items and wouldnt budge (even thought it doesnt say that on the receipt). It was a $3.39 item! I couldnt believe it and hope that this tells you the character of the people you might do business with should you choose them. Im very glad I didnt choose them for my storage needs. And I wont be buying any packing supplies there again.

The storage was excellent and the price was great for the area and the climate control. John Crane customer service and approach is excellent. Never had any problems and when needed assistance he would always was available or had the right answer. Recommend it to anyone. I moved out because purchase a new home and did not need the facilities anymore. M. Irizarry

It was a new experience renting storage units from somebody that didnt think they were doing you a favor by renting to you. Bridgette and Jessica did an excellent job at getting me set up with the units I needed. The people are friendly and the facility is the cleanest you will find anywhere,

Pricing is hit or miss. You have to find one of their revolving promotions to get a good deal on a unit. Clean and secure facility.
