Ive been rear-ended twice over the last couple of years, and both times Ive taken my car to Austin Body Works. Although its never fun having to get your car worked on, these guys are so incredibly nice, knowledgeable and patient, that I actually walk out of there with a smile. And they are so tolerant of me calling in with questions, asking them to resend my quote because I lost it, helping me with questions about dealing with insurance companies, etc. Luckily other peoples insurance paid for my damage both times, but they did excellent work very fast and for a really great price. I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough.

These people are incredible. I recently ran over an object in the road and ended up totaling my car. They dealt entirely with the insurance and I had to do absolutely nothing. Every employee was incredibly professional and polite. Im a college student and my parents are out of town, so they made sure to take very good care of me. Once I got a new car, I brought it to the shop and they checked it out to make sure everything checked out. If I ever have any more car issues, Austin Body Works will be the first people I call!

SUPERB!! These guys are great. About a year ago an individual ran in to one of my passenger doors. At the time I just took the insurance money and did not bother fixing the damage. When I finally came around to getting the dent fixed, I went to Austin Body Works. They took the original estimate, worked on the car, found out that the damage was actually more than double what the insurance company estimated, got all the additional funds directly from the insurance company, and fixed my car in about a week. Very satisfied!

The mechanics took my car in the instant I drove up and immediately started working on it, 30 minutes before their weekend started. I honestly expected them to take a look at it, give me an estimate, and tell me to come back next week. Instead they all teamed up and got my headlight replaced in less than 20 minutes and didnt charge a thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Heaven forbid I ever get into another fender bender, but now I know where to go if I do. Thank you, Austin Body Works!

Total pros! When I crashed my car earlier this year I brought it to them. I was nervous about it because my car needed suspension and all sorts of other things repaired along with the body/paint. After about 2 weeks they had it finished and the car basically looked brand new. Youd never guess that it had been wrecked. The Austin Body Works staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use them again; and have been referring all my friends to them as well.

I took my Mazda Miata to Austin body Works on 6/30/08. Not only did they beat the Mazda Dealerships estimate by $400 (Roger Beasley wanted $850), they have the best customer service. Ryan in the front office is top notch. When I got my car back, they had washed and vacuumed my car. I read about Austin Body Works on the Internet (Austin City Search - Editors Pick). They are the best. Thanks for the great service. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

A-MAZ-ING. Just awesome service and extremely nice folks to deal with. They understood my situation perfectly and not only made the repair process easy, but saved me a ton of money on a different repair they were able to handle and fit it into my hectic schedule with no sweat. I will use these guys for any and everything related to body work, not only for myself, but I will send everyone I know to them without hesitation.

This is the best place for customer service and they are absolutely wonderful at what they do. I can always get in immediately and I am usually in and out within 15 minutes. I adore the owner who will sit and chat with you while you wait for the work to be done. They only charge you for extensive work and several times they have assisted me with small jobs for free.

Very nice and helpful..I had a very minor fender bender due to a hit and run and they me at no cost..it took about 5 mins at the most to fix..they also offered more help if I had anymore problems with my fender and my passenger door. I am very happy and pleased that I can open my door now and I thank god for sending me to Austin Body Works. Thank you sooooo much.

These guys are great! They have worked on our cars 3 times over the last few years. Each time the have been quick, polite, and the cars looked great. Honest and attentive, which is rare in the body shop business. They were great with dealing with my insurance company and getting coverage for repairs greater than we the insurance company was trying to offer.

Although you are probably not happy to have to need to go to a body shop, at least when you go here they make a bad situation SO MUCH BETTER. Friendly, honest, affordable, helpful. I hope I dont have to go back anytime soon (cause that would mean my car is messed up again!) but if I did, I know I could count on their help.

I went there to just get a quote on some damage to my car. It turns out it was easily fixable (5 minutes of hammering under the car), so they fixed it for free! The people working there are very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to all my friends.

These guys did great work on my car, and handled the insurance company when they tried to fix it on the cheap. Believe all the good stuff you read here about them. Its all true! Friendly, and good at what they do.

Did a great job on my car when someone hit it (luckily they paid for the damages). ABW is often booked ahead for months (because they are good) so if you want it done here, get in line! ;) Great price as well.
