I spoke with an agent at Four Seasons early this morning. She got all of the info for my trip, took my numbers, and said shed find the best deal for my trip and call me back in an hour. I went on with my day, feeling relieved that I didnt have to do all of the searching and booking. 2 and a half hours later, when I hadnt heard from her, I thought maybe she didnt have the correct number for me, so I called back. She told me she was still looking, and that shed had 2 other customers call since wed spoken, and was busy with them. I thought it odd that 2 customers in 3 hours warrants not calling someone who is counting on you. She then told me she would call me back by 2 pm, another 45 minutes. It is now 4:30 pm, and I never heard back from her. I called Above and Beyond Travel and spoke to Bill and he had my entire overseas vacation planned and booked in ten minutes- with ONE SEAT LEFT on the flight I wanted. If I had waited any longer for Four Seasons, I would have missed out on that. Bill also had good info about plane sizes and airports In my opinion, there is no excuse for horrible, lazy customer service while working on commission. I would NOT use Four Seasons travel, ever.

Four Seasons took care of all my needs on my last trip. I had to go on a last minute flight to Hong Kong with an unknown return date and they found me a seat, got all the information to me and got me home again taking care of all the minute details easily and in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend this agency and all its agents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Louise Menlo
