Mike Berrito with Qualtech automotive is the best mechanic we have had in a long time. I call having a good mechanic... is like having a second husband. lol! You have to have trust and someone to care for what gets you and your family around safely. My husband and I are car fanatics, so perfection and quality is the utmost importance to us. Berrito, has worked on our " Tank" a.k.a. Jeep.. We were going down 620 and felt the jeep jerk. We thought... thats weird. When applying the breaks we knew something wasnt right. Well... we dropped by to see Berrito and found the that break pad and rotor completely sheared off the right side of the jeep. Berrito got us in and replaced it quickly. Berrito also took care of our Range Rover Sport, our Dodge Ram Pickup and will be working on our souped up mustang. So when you need a mechanic that rocks! Think of a "Burrito" and call Mike Berrito at Qualtech Automotive.

Qualtech is the definition of Honest. Its the golden egg everyone is always looking for... an honest and reliable mechanic. Well look no further. Recently, I brought my SUV in for about 10 warning lights going off on my dashboard. I left my car with them and also mentioned that my headlight was out and I had a new bulb inside the car. Within an hour, they had diagnosed and called me back to let me know that my car simply had a recall issue that was covered for free if I took it to the dealership. WOW. They could easily have told me that they could fix it leaving out the recall and charged me what ever they wanted. Since I was desperate, I would have payed it. Not only that, but they also replaced my headlight, FOR FREE!!! These guys are super nice and helpful and I wont be taking my car anywhere else ever again. Talk to Curtis, he will help you out!

I absolutely hate taking my jeep in to get repairs or maintenance...I can never tell if Im getting ripped off or not. Not until I met Mike Berritto at Qualtec. I brought my jeep in to have a tire replaced and get new rear brakes. To my surprise they got it done on the day I brought it in and while I waited! I brought my 4-year old son with me and we both enjoyed our wait on their awesome leather couches in the waiting area. Even better, they didnt have to replace the tire, they were able to patch it for me! The. Takes were also the best price I got in town. I liked my experience so much, I brought my wifes car in to get her brakes replaced and her AC checked. It was a longer wait but they offered to drive me home and it was still done in the same day! Thanks Mike for restoring my faith in an automotive repair shop!

I have NEVER encountered such outstanding customer service!!!! I have been to numerous places of business and truly thought the idea of customer service was a thing of the past until I stepped into Qualtech. The staff is extremely knowledgable, patient, understanding, and generous and they truly embrace the customer and their needs and my experience has made me realize at least one business cares about their customers and is passionate about what they do and who they do it for. I will NEVER go anywhere else and recommend everyone to visit Qualtech. I guarantee they will never be disappointed with their customer experience again. Billy & Curtis know customer service and they know cars. They are personable and they are always honest. They will fix your car at the most affordable price and they will do it quickly! QualTech is the only place that I will trust my car and if you have a Honda, dont go anywhere else, they are Honda experts! Great, reliable service, I cannot say enough good things about QualTech...just bring your car in and see for yourself, it will be the best decision you make for you and your car!

Outstanding! These guys spent an extensive amount of time diagnosing the vehicle and impartially counseling us regarding what should be done. The reason I believe these guys are exceptional is that their advice was "to do nothing". I have never left a shop that spent more than two hour on my car--without a huge list of needed repairs. These guys were honest, and thats the highest compliment I can pay.

Billy, Curtis and the crew are the best. Always completely honest and trustworthy. I love that they will straight out tell you that your car can wait with a repair if that is indeed the case, or if not, theyll tell you why it be best to take care of it now, or soon. This place is not like your average auto repair shop. It is very clean and the folks are extremely accommodating. They are honest, trustworthy and fast. Each time I went in to service one of my cars, I was greeted right away and the service techs did the work in no time. I dont write many reviews, but because of Qual Techs outstanding service, I had to take the time to give them props!

I cant tell you enough how honest these guys are. I have taken my car to them TWICE and both times they recommended that I take my car to the dealership since the repair may have been under warranty. They could have easily fixed it however saved me thousands by being honest. I will definitely go to them whenever I need auto repair.

These guys do great work. They even let you watch, Nothing to hide .Warranty their work. They are very smart and are on the cutting edge of their industry. Being a mechanic today is very different from the vehicles I worked on as a kid.I will not go any where else.
