Drove 40 miles for an alternator that we were told they had in stock only to find out the lady didnt even check to verify and they didnt have it. Rude service when you could actually get waited on and half the customers were leaving without what they needed. Wont be shopping at this Autozone ever again, glad OReillys is across the street and had what we needed.

Awesome service. Broke down with alternator problem while on a trip from VA to TX and even knows the system did not show the alternator I needed due to my truck having an upgrade system they found the one I need & it was cheaper than anyone else. Highly recommend this store.

Never answer their phones!!!! Called 4 times and got someone and he said they are super busy. I was around the corner so I went to the store. It was a ghost town and the phone was still ringing from other people calling and no one was answering it.

The employees have no idea about vehicles or products they sale.anybody can work their...my cat Meow knows more about cars then them.the only thing they good for is lurkin around trying to see who shopliftling.If I need help I know how to ask

come here a lot for parts; sometimes they are very busy, but they recently installed a battery and wipers for my car. I was glad I didnt try to change the wipers myself, because the rear wiper was corroded, and it took 2 guys to change it!
