Went in for an inspection on my Subaru WRX, quick and friendly service with good prices. My only gripe was when the mechanic took my car to get inspected. Instead of driving the car around the lot to the service bay normally, he revved the car and drove it off hard for 4-5 minutes on streets behind the shop before returning it to the service bay. This may be normal procedure to drive the car but I dont really appreciate my car being treated in that way especially when I cant see what is happening. While nothing major may have happened, this is still completely unacceptable behavior. I do not recommend this shop and will not be taking my business there again.

I have a fleet of cars and this is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles. They have honest service and never try to sell you on bogus repairs. They do a great job in a timely manner and their prices are cheaper than the stealership. The workers are knowledgeable and courteous and provide an entertaining environment to hang out while they tend to your car. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Neither should you!

Customer Service is wonderful... A REAL old fashioned Texaco... with bays and mechanics and car wash, comfortable waiting area.... it is the real deal in West Austin. This reliable business and its great employees are part of the fabric that make living in Terrytown/West Austin neighborhood a beautiful thing.

Your down to earth local shop perfect for inspection and small problems like flat tires, dead battery, etc. These guys are so fast and charge you a fair price. There were times when it was literally ten minutes in and out for me! Just be sure to come early to beat the crowd. :)

awesome service! went in thinking i just needed my freon replaced but ends up my whole a/c is messed up. they didnt charge me for the 45 minutes they spent inspecting my car and were very thorough explaining things. more expensive than other places but worth it!

I had a headlight go out the day before leaving on a road trip. I stopped by, asked if they could squeeze me in, and within 10 minutes (really) I was out the door for $21 (and I know the bulb costs about $8). Super friendly, thanks!

Took in my car today for a quick inspection. Little did I know that I would get a bunch of laughs out of it too. There is one guy there that could be a stand up comic. Plus, they got the inspection done in under 15 min. Highly rec

These guys have been there forever and have been owned by the same family for decades. My father and I both used to work there and its a GREAT neighborhood shop.

Car wash will not accept money, gas pump will not allow purchase of gas or car wash. 2pm on a Sunday and doors are locked, no attendant.
